Had a wonderful experience at this Gahanna/New Albany location. Alissa was professional, helpful with insurance and very kind. Radhika, a student, did an amazing draw and also very professional. Office was clean and comfortable. This Labcorp location is now my preferred office. Thank you for your prompt, professional service.

Before scheduling my employee wellness check, I compared the ratings of all the local Labcorp locations. This one is the furthest away from me but stuck out due to its superior ratings and glowing comments about Alissa. I was seen on time, and Alissa was absolutely wonderful. Definitely worth the drive!

Went to get genetic testing, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Alyssa!! She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. OSU hadn't told us anything about a survey program that would save us $200. Alyssa called the program on our behalf to make sure that we were eligible, got all the contact info for us, and made sure we had time to sign up for the program before we did the blood test so that we could get the lower price. Just so incredibly kind, and she did all of this when she was the only one on the clock, and she was about to go on her lunch break. She was also a very good phlebotomist. I am terrified of needles, and the process was pain free. I would go back to this location just to work with Alyssa again. Thank you Alyssa and to anyone who might be in the position to do so, you should give her a raise!! :)

I was nervous to get bloodwork because I’ve had professionals struggle to find a vein in the past, but Alyssa was amazing. She was super friendly, quick and so efficient. I swear, I blinked and it was over. Absolutely painless, I would definitely recommend this location!

Everyone there has been so wonderful! My arm can be hard to draw blood out of and they never have a hard time finding a good vein and they are all so nice! Alyssa took my blood this last time and she’s so pleasant and sweet!

I had to go in today for a routine blood draw. I'm a very hard person to draw on. When I walked in, Alyssa was sitting at the front desk and greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. After a short wait we went back and she also drew my blood. She was very friendly, professional and got it on the first try! I will definitely go back there everytime I need something done

I'm giving 4 stars for the employees/techs. Knocking a star off for the management. I'd do 2 stars, but your techs are fantastic.Every time I've been here, which has been several times, there is only one person working and a waiting room full of people. The ladies working have been nice and efficient, but the paperwork part takes time. There should be at least 2 people working, or even 1 person just doing the admin/paperwork. It's not fair to your employees to have to deal with unhappy people because it's taking so long. Especially people that have to fast & are stuck waiting well over an hour (as in my case). You're going to lose good employees because you won't get them the help that they need. You're going to lose business because we're going to go somewhere else, where we don't have to wait over an hour past the appointment time.This is an easy fix.

This facility is very clean, efficient, and easy to get to. I live in Hilliard and decided to choose this location, and happy I did. I also chose to make an appointment instead of using the walk-in option.I had to have 4 viles of blood taken for my test. The nurse there was very friendly and also made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job taking my blood, hitting my vein on the first try each of the four times. I want to thank the nurse that took my blood on 5/9/2023 as she did a great job, but unfortuntely I can't remember her name exactly. It was something like Shanhaza, I really hope it's close enough that you know who it is and will be able to tell her "thank you" for me.
