Same issue as everyone else. The medication I take is extremely important to keep me alive. When I went to the drive up I told them my name and birthday and the girl didn't even look me up in the system. At all. She said oh yeah we don't take your insurance. That's actually so funny because I've had my medication filled there multiple times without issue and when I contacted my insurance they gave me an entire outline of all the locations/pharmacy's my insurance would cover and this EXACT location was on that list. Extremely disappointed because they forced me to call around to so many pharmacies. The lady was very rude.

Claimed they don't take our insurance when I have had no issues getting it before. Had no issues getting it later on either. Frustrating to deal with incompetence when trying to get important medications

Several of the poor underpaid techs there are quite nice, but the pharmacy itself is incredibly disorganized, slow, and terribly run.

Service here is the worst! Ran in to get one item around 8am and all they had was one set of self check out registers open with the longest line! No one even seemed to care! Customer Service desk was even the slowest... Wake up! People have things to do and places to get to, add some pep in your step!

They were out of a prescription I needed. I asked them if another location had it. They found one& said they were sending it over & give it half an hour. Well, after waiting half an hour & driving 20 minutes, they never sent the script over to be filled!

One of the worst Krogers I've been to there's never a cart they're always out in the parking lot but yet employees are standing around doing nothing the managers are worthless they can care less about this store they never have more than two lanes open there's always four five six people deep trying to cash out and don't try to go to customer service there's always seven or eight people in line they're so slow there it would take you half a day to get through they're always out of the same things weekend week out the employees could care less about the store they all just stand around play on their phone they could care less the store is getting worse and worse time to start going to Giant eagle

Always all and speak to a pharmacist to refill my prescription. I’ve never had an issue.When I go to pick it up, they’re straight to the point and I’m out as quickly as possible.Some people probably find this rude, but I love being in and out quickly.

Susan (Suzie) was seen...An older man was asking about the settings on his Glucose Monitor. He indicated that he hadn't yet taken the step of inserting the test strips until he was certain about the settings.Susan slams her hands down on the counter in disgust upon hearing him say he hadn't tried inserting the test strips first before coming to pharmacy. He just explained why earlier.

Make sure you are getting deals marked on the shelf when you check out. Often times the sale price does not ring up correctly and if you don't catch it before your order is totaled up, you are out off luck. The only recourse is to go to the customer service station to request a refund and usually there are 5 or 6 people already in line. Most people, including myself, don't want to wait half an hour to an hour to maybe get reimbursed.

This pharmacy is short staffed, they are trying to keep both walk up and drive thru open. Give them some thanks. Everyone is so worried about themselves be kind to others you never know what they are going through! Patience people patience! If you don’t like it take your business else where.

I've been trying to refill a prescription for two days now. When I try to put the RX number in the automated system, it says its too soon to refill the medication (even though it's not too early and has been a month since I last refilled it). I pushed the option to talk to a person which is a joke. It just puts me on hold for several minutes, then rings and rings then puts me back on hold again! No one ever answers the phone! Again I did this whole thing yesterday, now again today with the same result. It's very frustrating and I'll be taking my business to a different pharmacy who wants my business. This pharmacy obviously doesn't care enough to even answer the phone.
