You can't get them on them phone. Service in store is slow. I've had issues with them not informing me that they were out of generic and automatically filling the name brand which isn't covered by my insurance. I tried to call 3 different days this month to refill my prescription and couldn't get through. I either got put on hold until it disconnected or it just rang. I called the pataskala kroger and was able to reach them and get my prescription filled right away. Don't waste your time here.

Pharmacy never answers phones and can never get prescriptions filled. Will never use them again. Transferred all my husband and my prescriptions to Meijer.

I wish I could give a zero. They filled the WRONG prescription for me. I paid $150 for it. When I realized it, they refused to correct their mistake. Did not care that THEY filled the wrong prescription, that I would not have the correct dosage because of their mistake, and the manager refused to take my calls or call me back. Not to mention THEIR clerk took it upon herself to send my prescription to another pharmacy without my knowledge, causing the entire experience, no fault of mine. Do not use this pharmacy. They do not care about you or your wellbeing.

My experience has not been the greatest. The workers have been told three weeks in a row about the phone issues. No one can reach them. I usually have to drive in to get my sons medications. The process should be easy, unfortunately it's complicated.

Always slow, rarely runs the drive-through window, often ignores customers. Will be looking to use a different service in the future.

Was told on friday to come back Monday at end of day. Really need these medications. Came back when they told me only for them to tell me sorry we have to order it. It'll be here tomorrow Tuesday. That's bull. I need these medications and your people aren't ordering them when they're supposed to. I know they don't care because they're not the ones in pain but I don't appreciate being lied to as to when to come get my medications. I cant even freaking walk. 1 star. Using a different oharmacy next time.

Same issue as everyone else. The medication I take is extremely important to keep me alive. When I went to the drive up I told them my name and birthday and the girl didn't even look me up in the system. At all. She said oh yeah we don't take your insurance. That's actually so funny because I've had my medication filled there multiple times without issue and when I contacted my insurance they gave me an entire outline of all the locations/pharmacy's my insurance would cover and this EXACT location was on that list. Extremely disappointed because they forced me to call around to so many pharmacies. The lady was very rude.

Claimed they don't take our insurance when I have had no issues getting it before. Had no issues getting it later on either. Frustrating to deal with incompetence when trying to get important medications

Several of the poor underpaid techs there are quite nice, but the pharmacy itself is incredibly disorganized, slow, and terribly run.
