I used the drive through teller to deposit my Cash into my checking. The teller says I'm all set but a day later and my cash still hasn't appeared in my account. I look at the receipt she gave me and it says "check deposit" for an account that's not mine! I called and they said they put my cash in the wrong account but that they are taking care of it... I don't know how it's possible to
confuse cash and a check. Hopefully it gets straightened out but I've never had this issue before.

The front desk fellow is the waste guy. He doesn’t know anything. He wasted my time. I told him to do wire transfers for my mortgage company, and he asked me to wait one hour. Then the guy sent one girly to ask me to leave closing time. Because of the front desk guy, I canceled my CD and deposited it into Chase Bank.Dear Huntington manger. Please fire the front desk guy immediately.Don’t hire uneducated guy.

Had to come into the Gahanna branch of the Huntington Bank (Hamilton Avenue) again. Again ignored and stood around for 15 plus minutes without even being acknowledged. I was waiting for one of the employees in an office. I was standing 20 feet away looking in her direction while she was on a personal phone call. When she eventually hung up she walked away and didn't say a word to me. She never came back. This is the worst branch I've ever seen. Huntington Bank needs to put their foot down and get this branch working for the customer.

Not looking good. Said if I opened an account they'd deposit $400 after I've had $1000 of direct deposits. Been just under 3 months and not happened yet. Was supposed to of occurred withing 10 days of direct deposit being set up and occurring.Did they lie , misrepresent ,or not disclose some details ? No matter what if they are this deceiving about this , can I really hope they will have any interest in me later , let alone my best interest if there's questions or problems ? Think maybe I should reconsider changing banks. Not sure I'd recommend anyone doing this either.

This is one the worst branches I have been to. The tellers always have such horrible attitudes and seem very disinterested in helping customers. Anytime I try to get in and out, they take an egregious amount of time for even the simplest task. I hate coming to this specific location.

How has this not been reviewed? Heck, how have I not reviewed it? It's been here for years, probably more than 10. I've been in many times. Handy location in a busy shopping area. Easy access and parking. Today I went in to do a couple of things, but there is a busy drive-through. Friendly service, as always at Huntington. Easy to do my tasks and get on my way. Oh, and free pens. Free advertising for them, sure, but decent quality free pens that I use at work and elsewhere.Plus, I asked for check registers (feels like I am the last person to use them) and they gave me 4.

Waiting in line for drive thru and then inside for more than 20 minutes. Not 1 teller said "we're sorry for waiting". Huntington do Better. Pay more get more staff. It's a Thursday for gosh sakes! I'm only in line because I want to put my money into Wright-Patt.

I must share the sentiment of everyone else on these reviews. I went through the drive thru to DEPOSIT money from another bank into my Huntington acct. The teller then required me to come in because of the amount and check which said-To Huntington Bank Deposit only. I went into the branch to have the teller tell me they could NOT accept the deposit because it said Huntington bank. I was extremely irritated but I left without saying anything. I didnt want to cash the check or get money back just deposit. I was still upset when i got to my car so I called back to have the manager hopefully explain the policy ( which the teller should have done). Lets just say Im still waiting on one of the managers to return my call from last week. It was obviously a biased pop up policy as I drove to another branch who DEPOSITED my check without question.

It is disheartening when you walk into the branch and see personal bankers with NO CUSTOMERS and told that you have to schedule appointment to see them, It is not easy to call in and someone just picks up the phone. You wait and wait also.I have been to both Gahanna,OH branches and when a banker is sitting at their desk with no customers and can't help a long term customer it is sad.. I think after 10+ yrs at Huntington i need tojust move everything to Chase, as they always make time for their customers.The service has gone down hill!!

THE WORST BANK - BRANCH EVER! This morning I came to the bank about 11.40am. I was waiting on the drive thru line to deposit my check. After about 30 minutes of waiting (12.10) I got to the window, and they told me they are close (lights were green thank I came). I asked to talk to the manager of this Branch, and she was so mean to me and I felt so bad and insulated. I will never back to this branch again. I will move all my account to the customer friendly bank and forget about Huntington unprofessional staff forever. If you bank with Huntington good luck. But I think there are more mean people like that. So never again!
