Hercules moving company is amazing!! I’ve used them before and always will. Mr. Changler Amilcar and his team are always exceptional. They took the time to make an extra stop for me and delivered my items with care. They were very. Careful not to scratch my walls and I was very appreciative of that. Will definitely use their services again. They are the best in the city!! Thank you!!

I was going to give a 4 star since the people were efficient but their sales team is rude and they don't have communication with moving managers . The movers missed the legs of my 3 furniture items and I had to go back to get them 1+ hour drive. Later on I realized that they also forgot to give me the screws and legs of my futon and now that's useless. I've been trying to contact them. I don't want to paste a bad review because the movers were good and nice people but I can't use my furniture without legs

Overall, the movers were professional and wanted to get the job done. We initially were thrilled at the pace they were working, while also being very meticulous with how they were wrapping all of our furniture and handling it with care. However, once they packed up the second truck, we noticed they had more room in the truck and still didn't get three items we specifically asked them to grab: potted plants on the back deck, TV and stands in the basement, and telescope. Had these been taken care of, they would have received 5 stars.
