My experience with this bank has been outstanding. They provided a loan to our Fraternity, we have a bank account there as well. Any interactions with any of their employees, from the tellers in the banks, to the loan officers to the President (yes I have spoken with Mr. McComb) have always been nothing short of professional and helpful. Horrible experience. Waiting on my llc paperwork and don't want to open an account until I get it. They charged me $8 a piece for the check to cash, where any other location has never charged me for EACH check, only the $8 fee because I only came once. Held the check to save the $, only for them to take it anyway. I won't be coming back to this location.
