I am torn between a 3-4 starts. My first visit to Hand and Stone was wonderful!!! It was so good I purchased a membership. I hadn’t had a facial in several years, but I tell you Alana was absolutely the best! I was experiencing some facial breakouts and she got me together. She described each step of the process and when I left I was glowing. I had planned to get a massage but each time I decided to schedule an appointment I chose a facial by Alana. A couple of months ago I was really stressed and went for a massage which was good because I was really tight. I made another appointment the following month and it was ok, the massage therapist left so much oil on me, but she did give me a cloth to wipe it off. When leaving I wanted to schedule a facial but was told Alana had left ?! I scheduled an appointment with another esthetician, she was pleasant, did a good job cleaning my face, but didn’t go the extra mile as Alana did, explaining what she was using and its purpose. She didn’t offer me a mirror for me to see what I looked like. So thus the 3 stars. The facility is nice and clean and although each time I come there’s different front counter staff, they all have been friendly.

Hand and Stone Massage is an absolute rip off! If you care about your financial health, I advise you not to sign up for this service. I was experiencing some lower back pain, so I signed up for a NO contract membership. I specifically told them when I signed up that I was only doing this for a few months. I was told NO problem. No penalties, etc. I became unemployed as they continued to charge my credit card. I called & the girl recommended that I get a postponement. I did so. They called to let me know that my postponement period was up, but I told them that I was still unemployed and wanted to cancel. I was left with an uneasy feeling that they are a scam of a company. I see here now that I'm not the only one. I called & spoke to ******** to cancel my membership completely as I will NO longer be going there after that scam of an extra charge. Apparently, they did not cancel my membership but charged me 6 additional sessions! They told me that they will not give me a refund for those 6 unauthorized sessions. Now, I have no choice but to seek legal action against them....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Came here for the first time to do facial , good service and enjoy the quietness here,Fully professional and customer service is excellent. Explains about every product they use and ensure to give full customer satisfaction. My facial specialist did great service. It was my first facial experience in usa and was a great one I should say. They also fine to ignore if we don’t want to buy any product they recommend as well- it is up to the customer to decide if needed or not. Any questions you asks - they answer and willing to answer via phone as well if anything comes up at later time.

The actual massage was fine, the problem I have is with your pricing. My husband bought me a 3-month card for 350. When I went in I saw I could have bought it myself for much less, when I asked why this was there was no good answer other than a convenience for buying a gift. This makes no sense, basically, because my husband was kind enough to gift this to me we paid almost 100 dollars more than if I had just went in and bought it myself. This tactic seemed shady and I was immediately off-put by this. Again no fault of the employees there but the business should fix this and make the prices clear.

I've been coming here since it opened! I love this location and the staff are very nice. Recently, I had a very great experience with the receptionist Courtney. She was very nice and helpful.
