Jonathan was an absolute delight and gave me and my husband great haircuts. He’s very skilled and cut perfect layers for me while giving solid advice on hair care. He did a great job on my husband’s hair, too. On top of that, he’s absolutely charming and made me laugh the entire time. He’s a gem.

Gahanna location is the best. I have paid triple by going to very well-known fancy salons and not gotten any better of a haircut than I have from this location of great clips very talented people.

My go to place for a trim. Never had a bad experience. It is useful to download the app so you can check in ahead of time & know where you are "in line".

I signed in online at 9:30 am, and I was notified of a 16-minute wait. I wound up sitting and waiting for more than an hour. I was also insulted by the staff when I inquired. I probably won't be back.
