My husband has been here twice and both times they didn't cut his hair how he wanted it. I let them touch my hair once, just wanting a simple trim and thinning and ended up with bushy layers and messed up bangs.
Edit: After scrolling through other reviews, I've realized I've joined the list of Connie's victims.
Requested style: My husband requested a hairstyle like Captain America's the first time, then like Dr. Lincoln from Grey's Anatomy. Neither time did his hair look that way.

Stylist: My stylist has cut my hair before--3 weeks ago and did fine, but I had decided the back was left a little too long for my taste and the heat. I have fine straight hair. This time, I went back, told her it was too long in the back & she proceeded to start on the top of my head and now I have about 30 hairs off the top of my head standing straight up--won't lay down until they grow out. Also trimmed my bangs again--too much and uneven, I had to trim an uneven handful when I got home because she didn't get it all the same... ugh. Friendly is nice but Stop talking and being personable & LISTEN to your customer.

Edit: why does Great Clips leave a generic reply to every negative review asking for details and location? Obviously it’s this location and everyone’s story is here. It’s very clear Great Clips customer service is as unintelligent as some of the people they hire. I also emailed them and never got a response, so their reply to my Google Map review is just for show? I wonder how many other people who actually emailed in to their customer service got left on read like me.Connie does not belong in this job. I was one of many people whose hair got ruined by her not following basic directions. She simply doesn’t know what she’s doing. There’s no use for management to apologize after she’s already ruined my and so many people’s image and self-esteem with the worst haircuts of our lives. You’re just going to lose more customers at this rate.

Count me among the victims of Connie’s bad haircut. I regret not reading the negative reviews of her before walking in. I walked in with great hair that just needs a bit of trim and I walked out looking like I graduated from the Korean military service with a buzz cut. She even demanded tips and tried to guilt trip me into tipping more. Entitlement much? Take a tip from me: stop cutting hair for a living, lady; you ain’t fit for this position.

Took my husband and son to this place. I left to go shopping and came back to 2 good looking boys with such ugly haircuts I wanted to cry.

I can see why this place has such low rating. I regret that I didn’t read reviews before coming here. Just like that 1 star review from Solmon, my head was similarly shaved like a sheep!!!When I first entered, I showed a picture of the men’s style I wanted to the old black woman named Connie with the gold grille in her teeth. I specifically asked for my sides to be cut straight and to have a 90 degree angle. This old woman then started shaving my head and in 4 minutes she was done with my haircut. I was shocked and asked “wait, are you already done?” The entire time, she had my hair in the direction of the white woman in the booth next to her so I couldn’t see what she was doing with my hair. I looked at my hair and said this is not how I wanted my haircut. When I told her again what I meant by 90 degree angle and showed her with my hands that the way she cut my sides it sloped into my head like a cone, she argued that is cutting straight … like does she cut other men’s hair in non-straight lines or something weird? I then asked for specific parts of my sides to be cut with 0.5 so that the hair on the sides of my head look more 90 degree but she proceeded to mow the top of my head before I could even stop her. She finished mowing my entire head in less than 2 minutes ? and now instead of straight sides, I have a round hair cut like somebody put a bowl on my hair and started mowing ?. Expletives are not enuff to describe how this old woman butchered my hair. My mood instantly soured soI tried to stay calm. Hair was all over my arms and face but she didn’t help wipe it off. As soon as she finished, I grabbed my jacket to go pay. She asked me “no tip?” and I said “absolutely not.” She asked me “is this what you always do? No tip?l I said “I always tipped at least $10 at other great clips but you didn’t follow direction and ruined my hair so no tip” and left. Even though her disastrous haircut ruined the rest of my day, I won’t stoop as low as giving her 1 penny tip as an insult. However, I leave this honest review as a warning to others to NOT get a haircut by the old black woman named Connie with the gold grille in her teeth. Better yet, just steer clear of this location and go to an actual salon or barbershop if you’re a man. My receipt says “Your complete satisfaction on all services and products is fully guaranteed!” - guaranteed my ?. I will have to wear a hat whenever I go out until my hair grows back and I can visit a real stylist/barber.

There are no guest in the room,then only i felt something odd and she began to trim my head like sheep wool just in almost 7 min she completed. Not even knowing my hair is falling on face. At last when I look at my hair its uneven after that hair cut I did my hair cut again in my house.
