Brock was instrumental in helping a client in a pinch! He accommodated a very unique request in a short timeframe and got us on the schedule ASAP. Always professional and incredibly helpful!
Chris was the tech on site. What a professional. He was patient with the client, who asked many questions. He explained everything in detail. He gave the client numerous options for upgrading their equipment and what would work best for their needs. Very detailed and knowledgeable.
I will continue to recommend Genesis to my clients without hesitation!

I value high standards and expect the same from the goods and services, I purchase. Let me share with you my experience with Genesis Audio. I was in the market for a high end HiFi system, and I lacked product knowledge, product compatibility, and whether I wanted a two or multi-channel system. I had an idea, and since Genesis Audio is a distributor for so many of these high-end brands, my decision to discuss my goal with them was easy. I met with Don of Genesis Audio, and he assisted me in my decision process. Besides being a great resource, Don helped me clear up that decision that a two-channel system was the better way to go. I purchased the system, and another great service Genesis Audio provides, is the installation. These folks are very professional, courteous, and hold their selves to a very high standard. I kindly, encourage you to give Genesis Audio a call, and a visit. Look at their website and see all of services they provide. It is so good to have a company care about their customer. We have hired Genesis for our A/V systems in 2003, 2008 and 2020. Each time, they have done a wonderful job in helping us pick the right components and in installing these components. During our most recent (Nov. 2020) installation, Kyle Johnson and his staff did a professional and admirable job in picking and installing the A/V components, in patiently explaining the wiring connections and other installation details, and in providing us with detailed user instructions. We would definitely recommend Genesis for A/V system needs.

We have been working with this company for 2 1/2 years, since we moved to Columbus. We bought a house with a wonderful, but very high tech built in sound and lighting system. They have been helping us with it since day one. They are so attentive and quick to respond. They are always right there to help, often the day you call. We highly recommend them if you are thinking of putting in a high end household entertainment system!

Stopped in yesterday after a recommendation from a friend. I was frankly apprehensive about it because I'm a noob when it comes to higher end audio and didn't want to be "talked down" to but John and Don quickly dispelled my notions. Both gentleman were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They demoed different products and explained all of the nuances and such. Overall great experience. Looking forward to giving them my business soon.

The Mom and Pop High end Audio stores have been ruined by the internet. Sadly most people do not care about High Resolution Music and opt for compressed and readily available streaming. If you really want to experience the Sound of Excellence, you have to support those that are still offering demonstration of Audiophile equipment and speakers. Don Schmitt and his staff can guide you to build your system for those times that you just need to put down your cell phone and escape from the daily grind. Or to design a Home-Theater to share with your family and friends.
