It is unbelievably HOT in this store!!!!. Everyone including the employees are dripping sweat. They need to come fix the air in here before someone gets heat stroke… at this rate I do not recommend anyone shop here until fall time.
Edit: changing the review since they fixed the air. The northland location is still superior though.

My wife and I found great deals but WOW this place is so warm in the summer heat. It was 85+ degrees, we could not stay as long as we wanted or try on as much as we wanted.

This store is usually so great and so much so that I could spend hours here but today it was so hot in the building that I could only stay for 15 minutes and didn’t even get anything. I am assuming they did not have any air, which is a shame. I would not recommend to anybody who gets easily hot or faints easily. Although it was hot, the workers were still very nice and helpful! I feel desperately for them for having to work in such terrible conditions. The helpful workers is the only reason this is a 1 star review and not a 0.

Gahanna store was great, with friendly employees, working hard at keeping up with getting dressing room clothes back out on floor. My 15 almost 16 yr old grandson found several shirts and shorts, which is saying alot for a particular teenager. I took a star off because the store temperature was very hot and uncomfortable. Otherwise this store is the best.

They don’t do returns. When they done even put the right size in the tag as the clothing.

I went in on 5/24 and had such an awful experience. The staff was so rude, you're never greeted and they dont pick up the fitting room area at all, it's so gross to try on clothes here

I've been shopping with discount fashion warehouse for years now and honestly the store is in worse shape than it's ever been in. There use to be so many staff on the floor available to help whenever I needed it, now there's only a cashier and one person on the floor always busy. There's so many messes around the store and I can't find anything in the right places anywhere. I use to love shopping here but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the hassle anymore. The bathroom is always disgusting and the fitting rooms always have clothing in them!

Shop here pretty often! Hit or miss, but when you hit it’s definitely a win and great deal!
Recently had all bottoms for $10 and I cleaned up on jeans!
