“The Macy's at Easton ( Columbus, OH) women's cosmetic department employees were SO helpful as I tried to locate a lip color as close as possible to a lipstick that is being discontinued by Lancôme. I was amazed to see how they worked together as a team, regardless of whether the rep was at the Lancôme, Estee Lauder, MAC, etc. counter. Finally, when it was obvious there was no suitable option, the Lancôme reps gave me a list of Macy's stores around the country that looked as though they might still have the color in stock. After several calls, I reached Macy's in Staten Island, NY and was assisted by a wonderful Lancôme rep named Sydney. She worked with me until I was able to obtain a Macy's card. She then shipped me the LAST lip color in stock I was seeking to purchase! ❤️”

“Quick shopping day with the wife. There are tons of teeshirts and casual wear in all sizes for men. You should definitely stop by if you are looking for some new summer threads. A nice alternative to pricey retail name brand store.”

“I used to LOVE Target; I feel their prices are too high for the quality and their pricing isn't in sync with competitors. THEN came Meijer...Love everything about them except too few locations. I have to go out of my way to get to them since I moved. And now I have Big Lots. I admit I was sceptical and still had my reservations. It was difficult to put aside my negative feelings of "Odd Lots" some many years ago. I'm glad I stopped in. They are a smaller version of a one stop shop and I was pleased with their prices. If you haven't been since odd lots, I highly recommend putting aside any biases and take a minute or two and walk through their doors. You'll be glad ya did!”
“This shop is my favorite in this area of very limited restaurants and no grocery store for miles. However they have general merchandise and cleaning supplies, disposable paper goods, light bulbs and pretty much standard dollar store fare.Plus there is an entire phone store plus accessories, cords and cases etc. Small electronics radios, fans, clocks which I have purchased from. They have a large selection of faux designer bags that you will never see from the original designer. Cosmetics and wigs plus some women's clothing and shoes. The guys that run this shop are the least hostile and I have never witnessed them smoke at the counter. They speak English and engage with their customers, which does not happen at any of the other stores in this area.”

“Everyone ooh's and aah's over the large selection of clothes! I agree, they have a lots and I was impressed, great prices/brands and I even found some by Rachael Zoe. What I mainly come here for is pet items. This place is better stocked than some pet stores. Today, I found a serta orthopedic dog bed for 62.00 that zi could not live without... These usually cost 89-125 (or more) so I got it for my 13 yr old doggie. They have toys, beds, bowls, clothing, leashes, treats. Etc. And this particular TJ. Maxx always has more than other ones Another thing I like to shop here for is food items. They have some great seasonal candies. As far as service. The wait in line at TJ Maxx is always torturous. They put you jn a queue lined with misc things that you would never need but out of boredom you end up thinking you absolutely need that phone case or bag of chips etc. smart marketing. Lol. The pro is: The cashiers are always pleasant and quick.”

“I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. “It’s hit or miss, always a mess in there but I’d you know that going in, it’s a good experience. Sometimes I’ll find 40 items I want to buy, other times I’ll go in multiple times without finding anything. It’s like dumpster diving but in a store”

The prices are great and I picked my husband up some snacks I had never seen before and the about burned him up. I am hoping they have shoes when ever I am in a specialty store they never have the sizes I need.”
“Good amount of working buggies.... I'm on a cane so having working motorized buggies is very important. I went there for Flash foods because they had some wonderful meat choices and you can't beat the low prices of Flash foods. Pleasant employees.”

“The usefulness of an older checkout cashier should never be underestimated. My cashier was very nice and helped me to save an extra 15% off my t-shirts, even if I wasn't accepted as a regular Kohl's shopper. It really helped me, because I didn't have enough credit to become a regular!”

“Meijer needs to do better with their staff and also managing the customer service desk. Purchased an item at self checkout, changed mind because of the cost, the staff was supposed to remove from my order of which she came to the register and took the item with her. I checked out and looked at my receipt, she did not remove the item from my order. I found her and she took the item in question to the service desk to help get my money back. We waited 20 minutes in line at the service desk as she was helping a customer with a self pickup and took her time and chatted with the customer over non business related stuff for 10 minutes. Then she finally came back to the service desk to handle the 3 people in line. A quick 5 minute trip turned into 30 minutes.”

Check out was Amazing! clerk was cheerful and a pleasure to interact with. A great shopping experience! I have two big lots closer to me but was in the area for dinner. I would definitely drive out of my way, to experiencethe great customer service displayed by team members at this location.?????? ?”

There is another store in the same vicinity that requires the customer to walk all the way to the back of the store for PickUp items. I do my best effort NOT to shop there.
As a senior citizen with ambulatory issues--walking to the back of the store isn't very comfortable. Whenever I can avoid shopping "there" it is what I do. Target is spot on with floor design and customer service.”
“I had to return a tricycle because it was too small for my granddaughter. I returned it on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one customer in front of me. I was helped very quickly. The return money was placed back on my account with no problem. The customer service worker was very nice and helpful.”
