I couldn’t be happier with the products they recommended, and the workmanship they provided me with all of my clothing items. Most importantly the owner actually sat down and took the time with me to show me all of the options, and was very patient. Mike also delivered within the timeframe I needed! Highly recommend !

Garbage tried ordering simply 5 shirts sent over proofs.... Even got pricing and promised date, then the ball drops no follow thru. I will not recommend them for nothing 5 shirts evidently was too much

Mike and Meghan and the staff here are awesome hands down the best. I needed 2 shirts done at the very last minute for a beach themed engagement photoshoot. They were so helpful and got me in and did my shirt that day and they were so friendly. Thank you guys so much.

The the t-shirts were done very well. While the quality of the custom t-shirts I ordered for myself was very good, the customer service needed some improvement. It took a phone call and several emails in order to finalize the order for 2 t-shirts. I had requested for a few calls which were not made. I found out after that they were understaffed. They have reached out explaining why things were done as they were and have given me a refund for my purchase, which makes me consider giving them a second chance.

Creative Graphics is great at communicating. They promptly respond to emails and tell us exactly when we need to submit a new order so that we can pick it up in time for our events. Karen and Mike are both great to work with and the shirts look professional! We are very happy with our experience. Will order again from them in the future!

We needed to order new merch for our organization, and we are so happy to have chosen Creative Graphics! They worked with us to create the perfect design for each item. We could not be happier with the embroidery services and final products. The ordering process also went smoothly and the items were affordable. Will definitely return in the future when we need more clothing items again!

My friends and I needed a rush order of shirts printed for an event in September and Karen and Mike were able to get the shirts done for us, and they turned out amazing! The shirts are screen printed on the front and back and I've worn mine every week since the event and the printing still looks new! I'm very happy because the last t-shirt company we went with had prints that faded after a month or so. Mike met with us before we ordered and was very clear about what our options were within our budget. We felt like we were able to make an informed decision after meeting with Mike and we were never pressured to buy anything more than we asked for. I went to pick up the shirts and Karen helped me on pick up day and was professional and kind. I will be placing more orders in the future and would recommend Creative Graphics to any group no matter how small!

I have used Creative Graphics for the company I work. The staff at Creative Graphics are always professional, friendly, quick to respond to requests and provide excellent customer service. They have always made me feel as if we are their first priority. The quality of the product has always been great and if something is wrong they are quick to fix. I would highly recommend!

I have ordered twice from Creative Graphics and both times have exceeded my expectations. The quality of the print is clean and crisp. The owners are friendly and respond to emails within 24 hours. Prices are very fair. I love that there is a small minimum order and that they are upfront about all of the costs so there are no surprises. I will definitely be ordering again. If you need t-shirts or long-sleeve shirts that are affordable and professional this is the place to go.

100% recommend Mike & Karen at Creative Graphics!!! Our nonprofit has a small budget and is all-volunteer-run. We searched through over a dozen t-shirt printers online and locally and they either had really high minimum orders or were way out of our price range. Mike invited us to sit down with him at the Creative Graphics storefront in Gahanna and chatted with us about our needs and gave us a ton of options. At no point did we ever feel pressured to buy anything. We placed our first order of 12 tops (a variety of tanks, short-sleeve and long-sleeve) in a variety or colors and they could not have turned out better!!!!! They look SO AMAZING!!!! We are really grateful to Mike and Karen for their excellent communication (via email, phone, and in-person), for their affordable prices, and for their great products! We will definitely be ordering again! We also learned that they have options for fundraising, embroidery and mugs, so as our nonprofit grows we will be able to stick with Creative Graphics for all our printing needs and we couldn't be happier to have found them!
