The most helpful chase by far— friendly and readily explain processes. Explained the process for me stop a charge for a service I no longer receive, and helped me to order checks. Gave me the wait time for checkbooks before even getting into what type of checks, and offered a quicker solution if that wait would be too long.

Drive thru that I have been using for years now doesn't want me to deposit my checks due to my signature?!! I have a docters scribble signature and the drive thru agents said it needs to say "rob" instead of "Robert"? What an absolute joke. 1 star extra for the nice area.

Customer service for setting up every other week payments on a car loan is no help. do better chase bank, hire people who know what they are doing or train them better. I got passed on the phone to 3 different people whom none of them could help me.

Green arrow on atm is on but the atm’s never working! So tired of driving to this location hoping that they have fixed the problem but no, months later and still the same problem.

Very disappointed with this branch. I scheduled an appointment to have a car title notarized. I showed up on time and waited to be seen. Eventually we were brought into a cubicle to sign the title, 1/2 way through the process the banker asked the vehicle seller if he was a chase customer. The seller said no but my wife is. The banker then rudely refused to notarize the title. Mind you I have a chase personal account and a chase business account. I will be closing them and moving to a bank that understands customer service.

I've banked with Chase for over 20 years, and it's been a generally positive experience. I've been pleased with the tools they provide, the access to ATMs and all of the conveniences that they've provided through technology. That said, I always have a positive experience when I go into the lobby for more specialized needs and requests. The employees are consistently friendly, attentive and helpful. That makes for a pleasant experience and increases both my confidence and comfort regarding who I entrust with my money.I had a particularly lovely experience today, and I want to thank Tavia for accomodating a relatively silly request (withdrawing cash in the form of a "brand new" $100 bill) with humor and positivity. We had a nice little conversation and it reminded me of why I really like Chase: the employees. Technology is great- the Chase app is awesome- but most major banks offer similar apps and tools. Chase's employees make the difference, and I'm grateful for the care I receive when I need their help.

I made 2 appointments and the 2 appointments are canceled at the last minute, always making an excuse that one got sick and that the other left the city ?.
