Came in to stop an account from reoccurring charging me though I had stopped receiving services, brought one of the refund checks they were sending me for the charges and had proof I no longer was using the service and had a new service. I was the only person in line. Banker came and stood between me and the tellers, did not explain why but told me that I needed to report my card as lost and request a new one on the chase app. He continued to stand there in the lobby, occasionally tapping my phone and had me go through this process as if it was my only option. Now I’m stuck with Apple Pay for 5-7 business days and can’t send my partner or brother to run errands or get groceries while I’m taking care of my baby or I’ll be stranded without a way to contact anyone. Can’t even order food with it right now as I watch my son sleep, without going through long annd tedious updating processes with everything. I feel brushed off and inconvenienced; like I annoyed them by having an issue past depositing or withdrawing money. I should have gone to the chase at 5055 N Hamilton road— they are always helpful, explain everything in detail, and are friendly without a facade.
Two weeks later I still haven’t gotten a card— but I did receive a checkbook from the other Chase bank lol

I went there to open an extra checking account. I already have one (since 7 years ago) and a savings account (+1 year). They requested my ID and debit card which I provided.
I am international student and my work permit is expired since I went back to college. The work permit was used to open my savings account, so they requested a primary form of ID. I didn't have any at the moment but a scan of my visa which the desk person said that it isn't a valid ID form. He wanted my passport. I don't know if I'm mistaken but, my visa is as legal as my passport as a primary form of identification. They just denied to open the account unless I bring my passport.
Not coming back!

One of the few Chase banks that have safe deposit boxes of various sizes. The Drive-thru isn’t like those that double up, Telhio for example.
Like other banks, they’ve cut back offering customer service, so you’ll likely have to wait in line with the other serfs.
And, their online scheduling service with a banker conflicts with the local branch schedule, but that’s not necessarily this branches fault.
And, that little road that you turn onto is always full of potholes. Got a flat tire from one a few years ago.

The drive through ATM appears to be not working, which happens about 60% of my visits. They seem to not be willing to replace it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!ATM stole my deposit. Call customer service and told to call claims. They refuse to answer. Sad sad sad. Not sure why nobody can answer a phone or why when someone does they can't do anything. This place is horrible.

Wow what a happy staff this morning! Aiden greeted us so cheerfully and Ms DP took care of us so kindly. I just moved to gahanna late last year and this was my first time here. Definitely will be back for regular business.

Amazing service left the Easton location in tears and within 5 minutes they had taken care of everything and helped so much. They were fast friendly and beyond helpful I highly recommend this branch

I’m usually here doing deposits three times a week for the last three years. Everyone I’ve come into contact with is friendly, happy to help you, and efficient. This location is by far one of the best I’ve been to.

Smells as you walk in. You could have trained monkeys as tellers to do a faster job. The lady had a serious Case of bad breath almost akin to a dead skunks . The manager is not on site today and failed to get a great and correct banking question answered. The last one they said prime rate goes into effect on Monday,not its immediate that day by the federal reserve . Why banking school did they drop out from ? Yikes Financial dummies. Here
