Car Rental in Gahanna, OH

“This is a good branch of Enterprise. The office is tidy, clean. Staff helpful and polite. The cars are clean when you get them. (They havent been from other branches/companies). Of the five times we have rented from this location, none have broken down (that has happened other places) and I have had zero issues returning cars. What I don't like... has nothing to do with this particular location, it has to do with the company.... You reserve online. You receive confirmation of what you reserved. You are happy about your choice of cars. You get there and often they don't have what you reserved. This makes you disappointed, sad. This has happened at every branch enterprise we have used. Even this one. We were suppose to have a mid-full sized SUV... what wasnt here was a Nissan (oh so tiny) or a big honking Tacoma. We took the truck.... Which is super nice, but not what we had in mind. This happens to us at every Enterprise, so it seems like its no longer a coincidence. Lol. When we rent a car at Sixt this never happens. Ever. Sadly, Sixt isnt in Ohio so we will keep going here as the manager is amazing here and she takes good care of our rental needs.”

“Ms Shirley saved the day! She's an outstanding customer service provider and very professional. I had some issues with the return and was charged extra but when I presented my concerns she investigated and fixed it in no time. The trucks here are hard to find and a bit old, but they do the job. Highly recommend this location!!”

“I can only speak to my experience it was amazing not only were they ALL PLEASANT.. the husband wife team is just adorable. They got me checked in easily and quickly explained everything. When I dropped off the system clocked me near the airport and they quickly fixed it.. this will definitely be my new main location so easy and personable.”

“Rented a premium car and got a Impala. Friendly staff at this location. Being a Presidents Circle member, I was hoping for an upgrade of some sort, but I at least got what I paid for. Note that all Columbus area Hertz locations are franchised. I always get upgraded at corporate locations.”
