“Rented a premium car and got a Impala. Friendly staff at this location. Being a Presidents Circle member, I was hoping for an upgrade of some sort, but I at least got what I paid for. Note that all Columbus area Hertz locations are franchised. I always get upgraded at corporate locations.”
“Everybody inside was incredibly friendly. In & out under 10 minutes each time. Car was a just little dirty on the outside but nothing crazy, especially for a black SUV. Pretty clean on the inside. Overall great experience. Would rent from here again.”

“I needed a rental car while I had my suv repaired. Enterprise Rental in Gahanns was able to work with my insurance and find me a somewhat equivalent rental to my suv. They picked me up at Caliber Collision Repair shop after dropping my car off. They were able to do all paperwork with me very quickly and give me a copy and I was on my way. When my suv was ready to be picked up, I simply just had to leave it at repair shop. Enterprise picked it up and then sent to my insurance with a digital copy to me. Such a smooth process!!”
