“I lived in a townhouse at the LC Gahanna for one and a half years. Overall I would recommend it.Pros: The Goat restaurant, location, community, pool, gym, and volleyball courts. The community is very dog friendly so your dog will make plenty of friends.*Finishes in the updated units are beautiful and the apartments are roomy. Hardly ever heard my neighbors, the walls are very sound proof.*There are little to no bugs, I literally maybe saw 3 bugs the entire time living there and the ones I did see were tiny spiders by the door. This is huge for me because I hate bugs! LOL.*Maintenance is wonderful and attentive! And I felt safe with them entering my home while I was away. I was having an issue with my washer and they replaced it with a new one. I never waited over a couple of days max for any issue to be resolved. Can't say enough good things about maintenance.*Never had a package stolen, I was out of town once and my package stayed at my door for 3 days untouched. The cons are: People don't always pick up after their dogs (they should start the Dog DNA program.*Although I always felt safe and never had any safety issues, there were a few things that happened while I lived there, mainly cars being broken into.*The grass would get out of control at times, landscaping was not always consistent.* With the number of dogs in the community, they should have more events involving dogs.*No Clubhouse*Some areas that should have stop signs don't and people speed down the streets.Overall cons were minor and I would live there again. I only moved due to relocating.”

“Haley is super sweet, the place is a good price for the location and extremely secure (like Alcatraz secure). It’s still quite outdated, and the staff is not the fastest at performing requests. If money is tight and you need a place to live until you can build up enough to go to a better location, then I would recommend. As far as living here long term for several years, I would not”

“I just moved into Hampton Woods. The office/property manager, Chad Smith, has been such a wonderful, helpful and pleasant person to deal with! He is such a bright spot compared to the place I moved from. Everyone I’ve met so far here has had nothing but positive things to say about Chad. When I first came to look at Hampton Woods, every resident who saw Chad while he was showing me around, stopped to chat and Chad was so familiar and pleasant to them. That told me a lot about his relationship with the residents. I also noticed residents sitting together and having fun in the community room. I loved that! So, between Chad and the residents, that’s why I chose to move to Hampton Woods! I’m so happy to be here! I hope Chad stays here for a long time! I know I can count on him…and that means everything to me! Thank you, Chad!!”

“Shout out to Zayahna, Nick, and Abbey. I barely need maintenance and if I do, they are here. The maintenance people are kind and make sure things get handled correctly before they leave. They'll redo the whole process if they need to and that's just from the one experience I needed them thus far (thanks Adrian!) PEOPLE ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE HERE. If I need to talk to somebody, somebody will talk to me, and kindly and assuring at that :) This is a nice area with access to plenty. I enjoy how involved the office is with the community, having little events and participating in the festivities. I can't wait to get a feel of the neighborhood when it gets warm. It's beautiful and inviting. If you're looking to apply here, know that the process is quick and easy. I knew if I was approved the same day and I believe in minutes ?? Champion in general has been a pleasure to reside with as a New York transplant to Ohio. These 3 lovely humans just uphold their principles further. So far, so good ?”

“I was greeted and taken on a tour right away. The lovely manager—Valerie? —was kind, prepared and answered all my questions. She allowed me to take a few photos to share with my sister and I loved the place. Well kept, beautiful decor, and a great private patio.”

“I actually stayed in the hotel. This hotel is part of the Autograph collection so the style, decor, privacy features, space, simply everything was absolutely gorgeous. You will not be disappointed in this hotel. Luxury is an understatement. The restaurant located inside is called The Keep and they can keep their food because I was not happy.”

“I moved in here about 2 months ago and I cannot say enough good things. I will start off by saying I have lived in "luxury apartments" before where you pay your pricey $2,000 a month and get styrofoam walls, the worst fridge known to man, and staff who do not care. This is nothing like that!!! The appliances in the apartment are genuine quality, fridge has a water and ice dispenser. The walls and floors are incredibly solid, I never hear my neighbors ever. The other people who live in the building are polite and well mannered. The maintenance staff is incredible. Any maintenance request I have ever put in has been resolved within 48 hours. My washing machine broke on a Tuesday. Thursday morning they were at my door with an entire new unit to replace it. Mailing systems at all apartments seem to be kind of hectic these days. It seems that when they were built in 2015 they didn't predict people in 2022 would each be getting 3 packages a day. But, I will say the system is very secure. Packages are not left outside. I have never felt like my things would be stolen. The gym is probably the best gym in Columbus. The appliances and machines are awesome, and it is on the 12th floor and an amazing view of the city. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They are super helpful and you can ask them anything. The parking deck is pretty much your average parking deck. There are special reserved signs for the complex. I have never ever ever had an issue finding a spot. There are also no line secret sneaky fees. I feel like a lot of the complexes here, you pay you're rent and then they throw on a community fee and a service fee and a have a good day fee and a common area fee and gym fee blah blah blah. Not here. You pay your rent, $14 community fee, and $15 trash fee. That's it. If you choose to have parking, $135 a month which is about what parking costs in downtown Columbus. So I do really like that they don't slap on a bunch of bs fees. I love it here! It is a great building! Before signing a lease I probably viewed about 15-20 complexes in the downtown and short north area. Could not be happier with my choice!”

“The Commons of Downtown is the outdoor venue for many scheduled concerts - the outdoor home of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra.Surrounded by apartments, hotels, a bank and business high-rise, this once was THEE downtown shopping venue for a 2-Level array of stores called CITY CENTER.During Christmas, the Commons is decorated in festive colors; even giant hanging ornaments, and huge Christmas light bulbs. And, of course, there remains the Carrousel - sheltered until the Springtime. Even Jenni's Splendid Ice Cream is there.Growing in the Exhibit are the number of "Engagement Rings" to stand under, or beside.Even a unique, lighted butterfly to have pictures with the wings spread.Come and see, before it is a memory of 2022 Christmas that was just last week!- Keith CareyPsalm 51”

“Me and my dad moved here last June-July from another Polaris apartment, and I have to say I'm impressed. The housing and apartment market in Polaris is ferocious, and it's hard to find apartments that fit our budget that are still two bedroom. NorthPark was actually the first apartment complex we looked at when we started searching, and we immediately loved this place. The woman who showed us the different apartments was very kind and transparent about what we would expect. We were told about how the complex used to be owned by a previous company and they were redoing the apartments because of previous damage, and we appreciated that honesty a lot. When it comes to the apartments, they are well taken care of and a nice size. The bathrooms are wonderful and the rooms are nicely sized as well. The appliances are all new and up to date, and you have the option between a few different layouts for your apartment depending on where you want to be in the complex. When we have any maintenence issues ( rarely ) maintenence responds asap and fixes the problem very quickly as well. All in all we enjoy living here and also feel very safe and at peace. Expect normal apartment things such as hearing your neighbors footsteps or a kiddo outside, but it's peaceful here.”

“I’m so happy to be living in the HQ Flats! The service is amazing, the office staff is so accommodating, and the maintenance is outstanding! For those who do not wish to obey the rules or abide by their lease then that is their loss! The community is well respected, and highly valued!”

“I am very glad that the large neon "WONDER BREAD" sign west of N. Fourth St. and north of I-670 is still there in spite of the fact that Wonder Bread is no longer manufactured anywhere near there.I am often directing people in the downtown area who are driving me on N. Fourth St. to I-670 west to Rte. 315 north to "turn left at 'WONDER BREAD'."The "I-670 west to Dayton" freeway sign on N. Fourth St. is partially hidden by the I-670 bridge; that left turn would be far more difficult for me to point out to drivers without that large "WONDER BREAD" sign being there.”

“Maintenance review - Taking a second here to talk about the 100/10 maintenance team. I was having trouble with my heat pump not kicking in and I was fortunate enough to have Kamron Kuehner from the maintenance team pick up the ticket. I have never had, nor have I ever heard of, a maintenance guy who worked as hard as Kamron did to find the problem, work out a solution, and get it working again. We went through multiple theories and fixes, and he was happy to stick with it the entire time. Even when a vendor came out and did not get the problem fixed, Kamron was still adamant about getting everything squared away. Once he was able to find the exact piece that was broken, he did talk me through it, fix everything, and I have finally switched my furnace from “Emergency” to “Heat”. Thank you Kamron for all your help with this! And LC, please make note of what an excellent job he did!”

“I have lived here for over 4 years. The property manager Deanna is incredible. She is always on top of everything. She also does resident events each month and there anything from like free tacos, free slushies, contests or they even had a hibachi food truck free for residents. I can't always make the events, but I appreciate them when I can. They've always had good people working on maintenance. I had an issue last night with an electrical outlet that went out and caused my refrigerator to not work. I had moved stuff to my balcony and filed a work request late last night. Early this afternoon I was notified that it was completed and fixed already. When I got home I noticed that the package that must have been sitting on my porch had been kindly sat inside the door and on top of that I was notified that someone was in my place by a letter on the door and then when I came in everything was up and running. And then I also noticed that not only did they fix the problem but they took my items that were on the balcony and in a cooler and put them in my refrigerator for me. I was really impressed. This is a really great place to live. As long as the people like Deanna and the maintenance man Derrick work here. I will continue to renew my lease until at some point when I decide to purchase a home.”

“I LOVE this apartment! I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s definitely my favorite apartment of all time. I love the two doors, one is a back door to the fire escape the other has a locked downstairs door where one must buzz to get in. I feel very safe due to it.My neighbors are wonderfully nice, polite and quiet too. Mixed crowd of college students to working professionals. Thankfully the walls are so thick most people can’t hear anything and the reverse is true too.Yes it is very old but that’s it’s charm! My suggestion for most people when living here: buy ceramic heaters off of Amazon for winter. Two is suffice. Get a 3rd one for backup or if you need to be toasty. My electric bill is never over $60 a month. I notice that if your neighbors run their air you won’t have to run yours as often. The only issue outside of the actual apartment are noise and parking.A. Tape your parking pass to your window to avoid towing from shamrock.B. Get city parking passes they’re only $25 a year!!! A Steal compared to most cities.C. Buy at least two noise machines! The bars and their patrons can get LOUD at night, and I mean ANY NIGHT. I run at least one during the week and two-three during the weekend.Otherwise it’s an adorably peaceful place to live.”

“I've lived at Autumn Chase for a few months now and it's been great so far! Rent is a little high for the average studio, but with almost everything included it's a good deal! The property manager, Gabby, was pleasant to work with during the process of leasing (a huge relief as a first-time renter) and is always there if I have any issues. A few days after moving in, I discovered that my AC unit was not working. I put in a maintenance request and staff were there right away to replace the unit. I don't think you could find a better apartment complex than here!”

“I’ve lived here going on 5 years. Sadly I’m looking for a 2 bedroom so my stay here ends. I love my apartment, it’s small and quiet. The office people are very nice and helpful and also understanding. Trust me I give them a headache lol. When I need something fix they fix it in a timely manner. I have my own drive way so don’t have to worry about not having a spot when I get off work. Haven’t had any bug issues which I’m happy about because these other apartments I’m looking at seem to have a big problem with roaches. One thing is my neighbors. I don’t complain to the office about them. I just ignore them. I’m sure they complained about me. My neighbor always tells me what I can or can’t do with MY apartment ( inside and outside) The list goes on. But i really need a 2 bedroom. Thank you Chartwell for everything my son and I appreciate it more than you know.”

“I spent a year at Liberty Place. It was the best you could do in the city for a fair price. I never had any issues with my air conditioner, like I see in a lot of comments. Phyllicia was great, but I was sad when they let Tavia go. They're very good with pets. They allowed me to stay with my pitbull, and would even coordinate repairs for the time that worked best for me. People don't pick up their dogs poop but you can't blame the complex for that. The pool can definitely have a frat party vibe, but you also can't blame the complex for that. The gym is not up to par but enough to cover the basics. There's a kroger across the street. What more could you ask for?”

“Unfortunately the garage parking is very expensive; I had to pay $145 per month. There have been multiple car break-ins in the garage, but thankfully they installed cameras throughout to hopefully help with this problem. The staff is always friendly. Founders was very accommodating; when I moved out, they extended my lease a few days. This was great, so that I didn't have to pay for an entire extra month's rent when I only needed a few days.”

“I just moved to The Bradford at Easton. What convinced me to sign a lease was Noah’s professionalism and cheerful attitude. I said that I don’t want to fill the application online since I had problems in the past. With a smile he directed me to the business center and printed it out for me.Also would like to mention Maica, he personally came to my apartment to repair some problems in it and clean the AC which was extremely dirty. After, came Noah to help in what was needed, trying to clean and checking everything. They were working with a smile from beginning to end.It is a real pleasure to be in a property where the manager and assistant manager listen and care for the needs of the tenants.I highly recommend this property.”
