I see others complaining about prices. My bill today was $300. I have no idea why my bill would be so high.

Costs are outrageous. Today I had two guys impersonating AEP people come to my home. I called AEP to report it. The woman on the phone acted like it was no big deal. AEP sucks.

The worst company, right next to Spectrum. We’ve had 9 power outages in four months. We literally have no choice when it comes to power and AEP somehow screws up their only job.
