Not a very good experience. Employee's really don't care to help you in ways you can be helped concerning the purchase of a car. They don't go above and beyond for new customers and their prices are awful throw the company away!. These guys are not interested in customer satisfaction at all only how much you can give them.

My son got two vehicles from them. His payments was at $412.00 every two weeks! He paid one of the vehicles off!! You would think the payments would go down. But in all there infinite wisdom, they actually raised the payment. He’s paying $412.00 every two weeks for a Jetta!! Make it make sense. And all they say is we can’t do anything about it. They are a rip off!! There interest rates are way to high. I advise no one to shop there.

Kira manager from the fremont ohio branch was so helpful and amazing she made what I thought was going to be a very stressful day and turned it into a wonderful day and have a nice new relaiable vehicle. I have been dealing with the Fremont location for a few years now and I must say they have the friendliest staff working there they are always there to greet you with a smile whenever you walk in. It’s for sure my go to place whenever I’m looking for a new car.

I love this place they worked with me and the woman there are amazing and very friendly, they also send you out friendly reminders to remind you that your car payment is due. Every week when I go in their to pay on my car I enjoy talking to the girls :) I definitely recommend people to go there
