After 16 months of being charged the advertised $10 a month for my 5×5 unit I've been charged $30 (TRIPLE THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT) for rhe past 10 months. This has caused me an additional $200 this year for the smallest unit available! This is a pathetic business ran very poorly terrible customer service and extremely overpriced for a business with very little expenses to operate. Take your business to a better local facility as this one is a scam

It's sad that the only ones that can rent these units are for the less fortunate or seems to be. I stop at one today to rent a 10x30 but was told not a 24 hour a day shop, so much for letting companies rent them. Maybe if they had 24 hour service they could rent out everything they have.

Was so curious and Wow I will definitely rent one of their storage because it's inside building and I feel safer there than outside storage.

Rates seem reasonable. There is a 24-hour self-service kiosk for rentals and lock purchase. There is a customer center that sells shipping and packing supplies.There is a set of large overhead doors on two adjacent sides of the building for vehicles.All leases require rental insurance. You need to provide proof of coverage or they offer insurance at reasonable rates with different levels.

Victoria has been so amazing, caring, and accommodating in the move of losing my house and transitioning into my apartment. My son adores spinning the wheel and the sweet love and treats whenever we come into the office. Through every process of moving she has made this the most enjoyable.

If you are renting for a while DO NOT rent here. I started in Mar 21 & $100, raised it to $122, then $129. This Year they said $160 then $175, wanting to get me to $241. Relieved to just be gone from this place? The rates here are no where near what I found elsewhere. I do not like the way this place does business. To start a customer at $100 and in a year trying to get them to $241 is beyond ridiculous. This caused me to have to pay to move again. What a hassle and very stressful!! Go elsewhere!

My niece needed a storage unit in an emergency and this facility stepped up to help her. The staff was kind and efficient when she rented the unit and they were quick to communicate with her whenever she had questions. The staff helped pick the right sized unit for her needs and she was able to move her belongings into it right away. She stored for over 2 months without incident. Thank you to Victoria and her staff for helping my family in this time of need! Highly recommend.

The facility is clean and well light. Prices are pretty good, but comparable. The manager here made the place for us. Kind , friendly, just all around awesome.
