Went in to sit on bikes to get a feel for what I liked after seeing a bike that caught my eye online, then saw an amazing Vulcan, Dan let me fire it up and hear it, he got me started on an app and a couple weeks later went and picked up the bike, Dan went over every little thing on that bike since I'm a new rider and made sure I understood the bike. I couldn't recommend Schiets enough let alone Dan as a salesman. Everything was smooth and efficient, the different departments of this dealership are definitely cohesive with each other, there wasn't any miscommunication between anyone and anytime there was an update I was made aware ASAP. Their service department is knowledgeable as well. All around great dealership.

Greyson did an excellent job setting me up with a bike that fit my body and my goals. He was patient when I was looking, and quick on the paperwork when I was buying. He even had the bike delivered to my house for me.

Drove 2 hours to pickup a new 2024 yz250f 50th anniversary Greyson did a great job by helping me work out a deal over the phone and got me in and out with my new bike very fast the parts department is great with lots of stuff in stock and overall everyone was super friendly

I was riding my Goldwing from New York to Indiana and picked some road debris in my rear tire. HondaCare picked my bike up and took it to this dealership. The service and parts department went above and beyond to get me back on the road again as soon as possible. I highly recommend them. A special shout out to Nate and Rob!

Traveled 500 miles to pick up motorcycle, dealership was very accommodating and prompt on working deal over the phone. When I arrived for finalization and delivery of the motorcycle, they were prompt and on time. Service and experience was great. Even when simple dealer error occurred they were quick to rectify the situation without hesitation. Overall very simple and easy experience. Salesperson was Grayson who followed through on everything promised.

Recently purchased a Yamaha raptor 90 for my son from schiets, everyone that I worked with was absolutely wonderful and the transaction could not have went any smoother. Overall very pleased with the service and will definitely be back to purchase another machine soon

Beware if you’re buying a used motorcycle. In December I drove down from Michigan to purchase a 2007 Honda Shadow. Took the bike out on the first ride in April and within the first 50 miles the oil light came on and the bike shut down and left me stranded. I had no choice but to rent a trailer and bring it to my local motorcycle shop. The shop informed me the bike was a quart and a half low on oil and didn’t appear any presale
check was done. Since this happened on a Sunday I called Schiets when they opened on Tuesday. I was told by Nate the service manager “It is a bad scenario what happened and that the bike you just purchased from us before your first ride let you down like it did”. I paid to have my local shop get the bike roadworthy and I sent the invoices to Schiets. After a week they responded offering $150 store credit (again, I live in another state) and they said “I wish you would have given us the opportunity to make this right with you before another shop did”. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by sending them the invoices for the work that should’ve been done by them. What was I supposed to do when I’m broken down in the side of the road on a Sunday and they don’t open until Tuesday?

The people here are always Nice and super helpful. Decent prices on parts and a wide selection of motorcycles and dirt bikes to fit everyone from kids on up at what I would consider great prices with the market being how it is.

I can’t tell you how unbelievable this staff is from service to financing and then the man who put it all together for me . Greyson is the Man ! I live an hr. 1/2 away and he put things together for me online and over the phone to pick out the perfect bike for me and I couldn’t be more grateful to him then I am . I would highly recommend this place to anybody!
