Prairie Flowers did a horrible job for the flowers we sent for our best friend's funeral home showing. The planter we sent cost $130+ for $5 worth of plants. We asked for added flowers and ribbon in red, white, and blue. What we got was ORANGE flowers and a blue ribbon. This wonderful man was a dear, dear friend and a true patriot. So disappointing that they got this so terribly wrong.

My Fiancé always orders my flowers for my Birthday, Mother’s Day and Valentines Day from Prairie Flowers. They do such a Beautiful job! I absolutely love Prairie Flowers!

I currently live in Arizona and I called this place to get florals, and man they did not disappoint. I explained to them my price range and gave them creative freedom to do whatever they wanted. They were not only speedy with the delivery but the piece itself was so beautiful for the price.

Ordered an Orchard plant at the beginning of 2023 for my Aunt. Didn't see it then but have seen it when it once again is in full bloom. It's a deep purple and gorgeous.Bob always comes through for me.

This place was so packed with inventory, junk and dead flowers you could not browse the store! Looked like an hoarders place. Unorganized, service was slow and rude. Will not be returning, just awful.

We've ordered from out of town for local delivery. Bouquets and balloons were delivered early on the requested day and were absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be more pleased.

Very disappointing experience. Tried to send flowers to my mom for Christmas. I called 10 days before Christmas to order them and they never delivered them. Don't trust this florist or you could look like a fool like me.

I have ordered from them numerous times for delivery. Since I am out of town, the recipients feedback is all I have to go on and it is always so positive! The flowers last a long time and are exactly as I request. Calling in an order is a fast, efficient, and friendly conversation.... What a complete disappointment!! Arranged for flowers to be delivered to my mother on her birthday and they don't deliver unless the recipient arranges for the delivery. How do you surprise someone on a special day!! And they didn't inform me that my mother had to make delivery arrangements! Very poor service!!
