Great customer service! Enthusiastic person willing to help choose and find parts.
The door location or entry point is not as clean and welcoming (may be door racing the parking lot would be more welcoming)
And the hours of closing at 6pm sounds little short.

I broke down on the tollway when my caliper bracket bolt fell out. Tony at NAPA stayed two hours after closing to help me get the bolt I needed and assisted in getting it back on my car. Unbelievable service, and I would recommend this location highly!
