They did my sun strip on my 2013 Dodge dart it looks really good thanks Foster's auto body you guys did an amazing job and I want them to paint my aftermarket hood and stock hood when income tax time rolls around and do my aftermarket exhaust also thanks guys looks really good

The lady at the desk is super nice and respectful she was super amazing at helping me out the gentleman that works on the vehicles gave me a lot of really useful information and help me through my car problems without making me feel embarrassed about not knowing what I was doing

They was nice and polite till they got the job.Then it was like pulling teeth to get any one to get back with you.never finished job. Said parts was on back order took to another shop had part in no time at all had car back by end of the week. Avoid this place . Good chance you’ll get screwed.

Very very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I asked if they were interested in fixing a deer impact to one of my fleet vehicles, being a local business like I am. The receptionist actually said, "I guess... I wouldnt turn you down." If the culture is similar to the initial response, I am not interested in spending my hard earned money there.

Shop is unorganized and filthy. Rude front desk lady can’t mind her business. Take it somewhere else.

Think twice before using this body shop. After an accident we had our car repaired per state farm recommendation. Not at all happy with the work they did. When we went to pick up car ,the bumper was loose, so we left it. The next day we picked it up and on driving home we heard a noise in the front end. After checking the car we found the passenger doors were not lined up and the hood did not close right. Took it back to address the noise and fix other issues. They kept the car for several days and took it to another shop and then called to tell us it was fixed. Ended up taking it back three times and never fixed so we took it to a ford dealership.

I absolutely love Fosters. They are so nice and do an excellent job. Customer service is outstanding. I tell everyone I know, if they need body work done, there's no place better and I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely abysmal business and customer service. Took over a month before they were able to work on the car. Very very slow getting estimates. Terrible communication skills. (Good luck getting them to return and email or phone call) and then the work wasn’t even finished. Huge scratches that were barely repaired. Seams in the body work have huge gaps. My insurance company isn’t please and neither am I. Currently taking my car to another body shop to inspect this shoddy work and finish the repair correctly. Avoid at all costs.Service: Auto body & trim repair
