Great staff, very friendly. I've been buying cars here for the past 17 years and will continue to do so. I've bought 5 cars here. The service is top-notch. I have an easy time doing business with David Root and he is my go-to guy. It helps that I have the X-Plan.
I've spent several years working automotive production and Ford is my favorite brand to do parts for. Ford is the only brand that didn't need or get a government bail-out. Henry Ford has an amazing legacy.

Outstanding customer service! Kelly and Galen are absolutely wonderful. After searching for the perfect vehicle to fit my preferences through multiple different dealerships, I had reached out to Advantage with one truck in mind…Kelly went above and beyond and told me he found me “the one”. Lo and behold, we ended up signing on a brand new truck a week later! Very very personable staff who didn’t just treat me like commission! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Advantage! Majority of their sales reps have been working there for 25+ years and will provide you with facts and knowledge about anything you could ever want to know! Terrible Lincoln customer service, I have a transmission issue going on and it’s with my Lincoln MKC that is under warranty and gave me an appointment with date of January 27th, 2024. The problem is that Lincoln is pulling all of the combo ford and Lincoln dealerships and dealerships are dropping Lincoln’s so now it limits us Lincoln owners convenience and immediate service on a vehicle that could break down or not safe to drive.
