Well organzied and very much enjoyed the community. Lots of great finds, and a well run auction. I appreciated the smaller quantities for indivuals and the large quantites for resale. Cant wait for the next season, but the mums, watermelons and pumpkins are AMAZING now!

This is an auction. You see what you are buying and bid on it, so YOU get what YOU bid on. Please see 2023 schedule photo and detail. It's a great time and if you're lucky, a great price for what you want. It's all about community and respect.

Aug 10 we spent $23 for a box of peaches and they were worthless. Cut into 4 of them, all were soft and pruney on the outside and hard and dry on the inside. A waste of $23. Big box of onions had many bad onions that were soft and leaky. The rhubarb was great but to drive 1.5 hours for rhubarb and some tomatoes not worth it. *** update 5 days after purchase, the rock hard peaches are now moldy too.

They did have alot of plants and other things to choose from but the bidding was ridiculously high and most of the bidding didnt stat at less than $10 and went up from there quickly, I don't see how anyone could resell most of the things and make any money, I could go to the local grocery store or hardware store and buy them cheaper, very disappointed and probably won't go back when I can buy for cheaper at other auctions a little closer to home.

Delightful country drive to get to the auction. It really is an AUCTION. We thought there would be a market area where we might just buy things outright, but that was not the case. Some things were going high priced, but that's the bidders' choosing. Plus often times buyers were buying "groups" of produce; like 3 Indian Corn in a group of four bundles. But what if you only want 3 Indian Corn? Be aware of what you are bidding on before you jump in. Thoroughly enjoyed the open air market and will go again.

We weren't there for very long. There wasn't a whole lot to strike our fancy. We just think we'll probably go back for the Produce Auction though.
