A thank you to Loraine and the team at Buckeye Stoves for great service. Noticed a problem with several bags of pellets that had turned to sawdust. Loraine wanted to provide good service and to help rectify the issue. I have been a long time customer of Buckeye Stoves. Very happy with my Harmon stove. They will continue to get my business. Love working with the folks at Buckeye Stoves. We did a great deal of looking for the wood stove we wanted, being able to actually see the one we wanted on display and the excellent customer service sealed the deal. The four young men that delivered the stove and accessories were great, they handled the stove with tremendous care, they maneuvered it thru our house without incident, one of the young men said he was somewhat new to the company, we would not have known it by the way they all worked together, everything went so smoothly. I am confident that we will be able to get prompt and thoughtful answers to any questions we may have in the future.

Honest and professional. I contacted them through BBB. Best service in the area. They came out to sweep our chimney and were very professional. No attempt to upsell or pressure sell like others in the area do. Cleaned it out took a picture. Told us they found a bird nest and an average amount of soot build up. Can't beat that!

Excellent customer service. The owner Mrs. Boss was so friendly, approachable and took her time to answer all of our questions. We came all the way from Dayton to purchase from her because of her level of attention, and PRICING was the best we could find in the area. We are loving our Oslo Wood burning stove!

Jake and apprentice made it out today. They called and asked if they could arrive early. Went straight to work with the cleaning etc. Kept everything tidy during the process and left us feeling confident that we are ready for next season. Jake is very knowledgeable and professional and was willing to share with us all along the way. Our experience with Jake is in keeping with our whole experience with Buckeye Stoves and the full team, simply OUTSANDING. Thank you Buckeye Stoves!

Buckeye did work for me in the past - we had a chimney fire and needed the liner replaced. They were not help helpful in obtaining a replacement cost but we also found the original work was not up to par and has caused additional costs for us to repair. The chase cover on top of our chimney was replaced by Buckeye a few years ago - they crushed it the last time the chimney was cleaned and left a gap where water entered the chase and rotted our wood inside the framed chase. Would NEVER suggest using this company.

I had a defect in my wood stove, and called Buckeye Stoves. I spoke to Candy who took my information and told me she would look into it. She was a strong advocate for me in dealing with the manufacturer. She was able to get the part replaced, and immediately put me on the schedule to have their field personnel put it on. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a stove, to make the call or visit their store.

Love my insert. Only need to use propane when I'm going to be away from home for a day or two. The fellas that installed my insert were very friendly, clean and efficient. However, getting pellets delivered seems to be an issue. I recommend ordering well in advance before getting low on pellets. It seems to take several weeks, after paying for them, to get them delivered. And, you should order 2 ton at a time as there is a 70$ delivery fee. Other than pellet delivery issues my experience with buckeye stoves was, for the most part, good
