I don't even know where to begin with this @##!place there communication and service is horrible had a Duramax there that they screwed around on for three weeks after telling us it'd be about a one week fix! The kicker is it wasn't fixed when I finally got it back!after having them look at it multiple times and not getting any satisfaction I finally took it to another plac eand they found multiple parts that weren't put back in place and were missing said I would've had further damage if I would've kept driving it ! Definitely recommend Blake's diesel for any issues you may have on your diesel truck!

I was disappointed from the very beginning. Maybe the repairs on my RV was not there number one thing. Also the main guy that was working on it got killed in a farm accident. Going forward Bob would say the person in charge is now planting corn I have to wait on him. One day I got a surprise phone call from JR he said I am now in the office and I will take care of business. Everything went great! He communicated very well. They could not figure out the engine break that needed to be replaced and said I need to find someone else. JR’s said don’t worry about paying the bill because we did not fix it. Two months later I got a bill for this repair that was never made and Bob said normally it goes to the legal team after 60 days and is demanding payment. Where is JR? He’s not in the office anymore.Service: General repairs & maintenance
