Found myself in a bind, my car had been totaled and I needed a new car. Found VIP online called in and spoke to Sam. He was incredibly helpful! He was able to get me a better rate, he was extremely knowledgeable about the EV tax credit and was upfront about what would void that credit. I live a ways away and only have Sundays off. He came in on his day off to help me get everything taken care of. Could not recommend Sam and VIP more.

Came in to look at a Tesla Model 3 and it unfortunately was already being held for another customer. My salesman, Wissam Awad, went above and beyond and told me they had a different Model 3 that had just been brought in and was not listed yet and he let me test drive it and sold it to me at a fair price. If you’re in the market for a used Tesla, they have a great selection and have great costumer service!

Went into VIP in a bind needing a vehicle but was very picky on what I wanted I basically had my mind made up. They worked with me every step of the way. With credit down payment and my monthly payment made everything easy peasy 10/10 would recommend!

Great people to work with! Up front, honest, and directly to the point. In and out the door in under an hour with our 2021 Tesla Model 3. They also understand the rules and laws surrounding the EV credit and abide by them. Couldn't recommend enough!

Did an amazing job from start to finish when purchasing a used Model 3. They know the tax credit inside and out and apply it at the point of purchase. They are great to work with. Highly recommend!!
