Waited to find out that because my name isn’t on business account they couldn’t sell me a new phone, even though number and account stays the same. This store is the biggest waste of your time.

Always feel like I'm bring discriminated against tried using the 30 day guaranteed swap ur phone my s23 fe has been Over heating and all I do is get the runaround with this store very poor customer service

My wife and I went in on Saturday and we were helped out by Lauren. She was absolutely wonderful, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products we had questions about. We will definitely be back and we will most definitely be asking for Lauren to help us out again!

Outstanding service. Jillian (manager) and Lacy were very informative, patient, friendly, and walked us through all the promotions, what works best for our family. They deserve a raise, I went in for 1 phone and now have a family plan.Good job ladies and thanks for helping us trouble shoot this mess.

Clear that customer service, patience, and professionalism are a priority at this location. Lauren was outstanding to work from start to finish during the process of switching to Verizon from my HORRIBLE previous carrier. In addition, Noah was the manager working at the time and he was also very helpful.

Went to the store to check to see if there was anything that can be done for my fold. The inside screen is separating from the phone and becoming unusable. I wanted to file a warranty claim. They said the phone was so far out of warranty they couldn't look it up and to either buy a new phone or open a new line. Called Samsung and my warranty expires Aug 24th. Told me to go to ubreakifix as they are authorized Samsung service center and got it fixed under warranty. Thanks for "trying " to help and get more money . I'm switching service providers when my phone contract is up.

We have a landline phone and it quit working. I took the box that the phone plugs in to and the staff took the bottom off the box and straightened everything up and plugged it in. He said it should work. I took it home and plugged the phone in and it started working. The staff is really knowledgeable and I thank them.

I would love to just give you no stars because you don't deserve any when a salesperson sees an elderly woman walk in to exchange or upgrade her phone and you take her from an Android to an iPhone knowing and seeing that she has disabilities then refuse to allow her out of under the iPhone when it stops working 4 months later a phone that you claimed was free in a promotion but she's being charged for and refused to help. This is not the store to go to. I've been to multiple Verizon stores and the way they have taken advantage of my aunt is unbelievable and unacceptable.
