Ive had my phone for 4-5 years and came in looking about upgrading. I left aggregate and no more informed. Stopped into the Kemper rd location and left with the top of the line Samsung 21. Josh was very patient and helpful. He didnt speak so fast and techie that I just felt intimidated. Maybe they should send staff to Kemper to learn to read the room and speak at the customer's technology level. It was very obvious that the Middletown staff didnt care. You would think they werent working for commission.

BELOW ZERO. Went to this location at direction of Verizon Financial Services to switch pre-paid MasterCard refund for a check. So called "manager", Don, refused to listen or assist me. Asked that he reach out to his supervisor and was told none of the phones work and then he threatened to call the police with his phone if I didn't leave the property. I am a real threat too, a female customer who has been a Verizon customer for the past 2 and half years, never a late payment. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. He was disrespectful, insulting and obnoxious. He doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I will be contacting his superiors and corporate office.

i have automatic withdrawl set up and they keep shuuting my phone off when the folks at verizon set it up that way! they add hidden charges randlmly and its $150 for ONE phone line!

I wouldn't use this store ever! Twice now, I have had significant issues. The staff is rude and doesn't care that they mess up peoples accounts. They refuse to be courteous and helpful. After a cash transaction for 2 iPhoneX, they messed up both phones and left 2 elderly people with no way to contact friends/family for help. I have reached out to Verizon directly. Trust me when I say, make the trip to the Miamisburg-Centerville Rd store. They are 100x better.

Never again will have another phone plan with Verizon Wireless. I've had my plan since April. I've broken the $39.99 screen protector Justin pushed on me (not a free replacement as stated), and I've been OVER-BILLED TWICE. Every single day, I get 3-4 spam robo calls DESPITE blocking the previous days numbers and every day I get calls from other Verizon numbers claiming to have missed a call from me. No. Changing my 3 month old number is not the solution. When you call customer service for any reason (don't try to call the store you bought it at, it rerouts you to corporate) prepare to wait and be on hold 40+ minutes (every single time). Also, don't just show back up at the store, you'll wait 53 minutes just to be handed a piece of paper (the wrong one the first time) with a bogus number scribbled across it so you can call for yourself, they ain't helping you.

I went here after I bought my new iPhone 6, I got an email saying I could take my phone into the store rather than mail it in. I walked into the store and was greeted by a young girl who was very eager to help me until she found out I wasn't buying a phone. I said I'm here to trade in my iPhone4s per the mailer I had to send it back. She said I'm sorry you didn't buy the phone here, I said I understand however it says bring to any Verizon corporate store, she says yes it does say that but you didn't buy the phone here therefore I can't help you. She spoke with a manager, I can over hear them talking and I hear her say I'm not making commission so I'll just tell him to mail it. She comes back out and says sorry company policy says we can't do it in store. I would avoid this store at all costs, I now see why Verizon is losing customers, I have never been treated like this at any retail store, and to top things off it appears they lost my phone that I mailed in and now might not get my 200.00 credit!!! I would have switched to t-mobile or Att if I wasn't promised the 200 credit. Avoid this store and any Verizon for that matter.
