I showed up at 5 minutes til close and all the doors were locked and no one available. Hours of operation are not respected.

First time stopping by at this location will not be returning. Matt - the front desk person extremely rude! Was on his phone texting while I was standing infront of him asking him questions. Awful!!

Needed a money order. Most people, don't realize, that government post office money orders, are considered legal contracts. What is written on them, if "agreed to", what is written for, accepted and are cashed. Is a legal binding contract.

I have been trying to contact the post office all day about a package that the system claims to have been delivered and I have not received. Guess there is no such thing as customer service anymore. And the package that got lost/stolen/missing, what have you, is an ITARs regulated device that goes on a firearm, so now it's probably in the streets in the hands of God knows who. Good luck, everybody.

Super friendly staff, had a short line when I arrived but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my ready to go flat rate box!

The management there cares too much about the wrong things. A wonderful mail woman saw two dogs out running around during her route and went out of her way to get them to a vet to find their owners, which I thought was great, I wouldn't want to see them get hit by a car or something, she did a good deed. But then she's written up due to having dogs in her mail truck (not sure why that's an issue if nothing was damaged) by management for doing a good thing. That's not the kind of manager I would want in my company.

Every year when I need my certified letter from the school for homeschooling, they mark it "final notice" when they have never once knocked. This has happened for several years in a row. All the low reviews aren't surprising.

Had a problem with a package not being delivered, to find out it was a problem on Walmarts website. The young lady at the post office was amazing. She went about and beyond to help resolve my issue.

Absolutely not surprised on other reviews of this place. Came here to mail my husband packages overseas to a military address. I didn’t have the top of the boxes taped because another location does this on a normal basis. After Dawn, the only agent working on Saturday was done talking to some customers 5 minutes at a time, she told me after not greeting me that my packages were not ready for shipment, asked me to fill out an additional address label that I’ve never been asked to fill out (and the package made it around the world) and said that they are a MAILING facility and not a shipping service because of one line of tape going over top (every single other post office does this). She didn’t have the policy available to hand that to me and I did tell her this place was a waste of time. She did recite “are you planning on shipping this today since you said this is a waste of time?”Do not come here. Go to any other location. Extremely rude and go out of their way to not do their job. I understand why another customer stormed out before me going WOW.

The mail lady who does the route in Franklin, 45005 around the Vaughn, McGuire area. LAZY! Watched her deliver the mail then she drove off with two packages and then MARKED IT AS NOT DELIVERABLE which is false I literally went outside when she put the mail in the boxes and drove off. She obviously didn’t feel like putting them in the mail box OR using her legs for once and walking to the door. So now I have to wait till Monday for my items IF SHE ACTUALLY DELIVERS THEM THIS TIME. And yes it’s the one with the red hair. Countless issues with our mail with her. How hard can delivering mail be? She makes it look hard sitting in a car skipping mail or leaving the package on the ground. Yes if it won’t fit she leaves it on the ground. Makes sense right?

The guy that works up front is very rude. He upset my wife who wanted to look at stamps for the holidays, he was rude to here. I do have to say the lady supervisor is very pleasant and helpful with any issues with my mail. He doesn't need to be out front, train someone who can be a good face for our post office. I've been a resident for 40 years and we can do better.

This is the 3rd time I've been to this location before 5pm and it's been closed. Why say you operate till 5pm when you lock the doors at 4pm. Worst post office ever!!!!!!!! Not only do I have to swap mail with my neighbors all the time now I can't even buy stamps because you guys lose an hour before operating hours are over...what a joke!

If I could I will give negative stars ! This is the worst Post Office in the State of Ohio possibly the United States! They have lost a state ID and a check In less than 2 weeks Is apart. They never answer their phone and they're rude and dismissive if you show up in person.I was told by the postmaster that they were paying extra special attention to my mail and the very next day received someone else's mail.Because of the check and the ID I filed a complaint with the postal inspector's office This is why they were paying special attention to my mail (lol) yet today I realized that after a package arrived at their facility in Franklin while I'm in Carlisle the package was then sent to a Dayton Ohio Post Office. They should terminate the entire branch in Franklin from postmaster to the melcare that started yesterday this is unacceptable this is unacceptable and very sad !If my package isn't here tomorrow I'm going to file another complaint with the postal inspector !
