Went in to drop off a package of parts - Employees were friendly and helping everyone in line quickly. I was in and out in around 7 minutes. I will use them over FedEx for my future shipping needs.

Rachel and Felix are hardworking and always offer great customer service with patience. Witnessed a “Karen” who berated and threatened to sue this business because she didn’t come in prepared, bonus was she parked in a handicap space and had no placard on her vehicle. Still…the UPS Store agents handled it all professionally. Kudo’s!!

I would give no stars if I could. Amazon said they would print off and ship back my return for free- NO PRINTER required!! So I go in and tell them I need to ship a return. They man was ver short with me and said it cost me $4.88- like what??Didn’t mention to me about the little DIY center behind me. They charged $.20 for the paper, $2 for printing it off and $2 to TAPE the box??? !! For an Amazon return that was supposed to be FREE! I would have taped the box myself, only reason I left it untaped was so they could check the contents.

Just stopped by this location to overnight a document to Cleveland. The store was clean and orderly. Service was prompt and friendly. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I have used this location a few times in the past and it’s always been a smooth transaction.
