Title: Disappointing Experience with Subway App and In-Store ServiceI recently ordered a footlong meatball sub with bacon and extra meatballs, along with a footlong turkey with red vinegar through the Subway app.Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The meatball sub was overly drenched in marinara sauce, leading to soggy bread and a presentation that seemed careless. There were 5 meatballs on the footlong sandwich.To my dismay, upon visiting the store to address the issue, I was informed they had run out of meatballs and refused any form of refund or the possibility to amend my order due to the policy tied to app orders. Their suggestion was to "figure it out in the app," which felt dismissive and unhelpful.Additionally, the turkey sub was lacking in both red vinegar and lettuce, further adding to my disappointment. The refusal to offer a simple solution such as a refund or a remake of the sub, especially when the store failed to fulfill the order as requested, is unacceptable.This experience has left me with a poor impression of both the Subway app and the store's customer service. I find it unreasonable that the inability to provide ordered ingredients results in such inconvenience to the customer.I will be reconsidering future orders from the Subway app, and hope they address these service issues promptly.

VERY dirty! Food old and not kept up. When we asked the employee when the last time it was cleaned his response was “I wasn’t told to clean” I wish I would have taken pictures. Will not ever try that place again, matter of fact it turns you away from Subway period!!! Needless to say we decided not to eat there-which upset the boy because he had already started making it. But after seeing how unclean the place was, we were not going to chance it.

I found the service to be terrible and very poorly managed and the food station was filthy! I will never even eat there again nor will recommended.
