Good for office supplies. To be honest I don't know how they stay in business every time I went it there are no customers and you can buy most all they sell online cheaper. I didn't buy anything because I checked online and it was cheaper

Unfortunately they don't have what I am looking for. Well it is in stock online but not at this particular store. Would have to drive to Mason or Austin to pick up a $35 item.

I just came out of the staples in Middletown And although the shelves seemed to be stocked fine it was very dirty. looking Around the registers and coming in The front door there were all kinds of pieces of paper and register receipts and just trashed laying around it was not very neat looking . I asked the gentleman at the register and he says they've been pretty busy and they couldn't clean but I think there was only one or two other people in the store when there today

Worst customer service by a manager that I have ever experienced. The taller dark head( I assume manger) was very rude & the furthest thing away from being a professional when it comes to customer service. What manager stands there making rude comments because I arrive 15 mins earlier & didnt note on my online order who was picking up?? Sorry I was asked to pick up for my company that haves a pretty lengthy account history with you. I would not recommend this place!!(well the 2 ladies were very helpful just need better management)

I called today to find out how much they would charge to take a binder of 300 single-sided pages and scan them into one PDF file. They said they would charge $1.30 per page are you kidding me. I can get it done at office Depot and OfficeMax for only $0.25 per page! what a rip off

I've been going to this staples since they open but after today I will not return. My regular employee wasn't at work today. There was two young girls working over by the fax machines. I took my daughter in to fax a sheet. Well all was good til I started using a fax machine then all I could hear was someone screaming omg you can't use that or be behind the counter. First off I've always used the same fax machine and never ever had anyone ever told me differently that I could not use it. I smiled and said sorry then she came back with a more ride comment well we will do it for you we don't need yoyr germs touching our machines. Like really you had to say the last little bit. I refuse to return to this location, they need to train their employees to have respect and how to talk to people.

Literally wonderful service. Had blueprints printed here as a rush order, and was able to save several weeks time on submitting them because of staples quick service. Manager was super nice called me the next day to verify that I received my order. Thank you again!
