My experience with this place was so awful and outrageous it sounds made up, and I sincerely wish it was. In August of '21, I stayed there with an ex-boyfriend, *Richard who was a general contractor. The owner, seeing Richard's tools and such, asked him if he would be interested in remodeling/repairing some of the rooms. They were discussing what needed done and costs, and the owner tells him a specific room was priority over everything else, because he planned on using it to film adult entertainment. We laughed, thinking surely he was joking. Not only because of the absurdity, but as nearly every other review states, this place is filthy and falling apart. He goes into graphic detail about intimate encounters he has had with guests, and says if Richard or any other men he knew would be interested in such intimate encounters, they would be paid well. Richard tells him he is not, that's none of our business, he was just getting paid to do a job. When they were negotiating payment, the owner asks us if we like to party, and how he can get any kind of party favors we wanted if we were interested in accepting that as compensation for his work. We decline and say cash/reduced room rates would be fine. As if that wasn't bad enough, Richard turned out to be abusive and was arrested on domestic violence charges against me. After his arrest, my aunt and uncle picked me up to help me calm down and figure out what I was going to do. We went back to the motel to get my things so I could stay with them. They refused to let me in, stating Richard's mother had already gotten our belongings and got a refund for the rest of the week we had paid for. I was in hysterics and my aunt was furious. Police were called, and I was finally allowed in to see if I had any belongings. His mother had taken everything, and I was left with the clothes on my back.

No bed bugs , for the most part it's quiet , friendly service , over all I would recommend it as one of the better places to stay

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Roaches in room. Floor was soft in spots. Hole behind toilet ,I was terrified that I was going to see eyes looking at me. Loud noises until 2am or later. Stated they needed paperwork to prove my service dog was really a service dog (which they aren't allowed to do). Looks like they are trying to fix it up. But unless they tear it down and start over and rebuild, I would not recommend.

I paid for a 1 person room for 1 night but when I went to put my roomkey card in the door, there was already people in my room... they stated there was a mess up with their room & they'd been waiting on a manager to take care of them so I could have my room after they had figured out their situation but they weren't leaving that room until a manager came to them with a solution... I had to go back up to the front desk & explain what had just happened which the guy very easily switched me to another room & had it taken care of very quickly. Still a very odd thing that's never happened to me before tho...

Stayed in the knights Inn Franklin hotel I was bitten by bed. Bugs, was insulted by the manager and because of the high step into the room I fell into it as I entered. I did not use the towels etc just did not feel comfortable. I did not know there where bugs until I got up and itching like crazy. I am back home steady checking for bugs or bites just checking 3:am in the morning.

We called the hotel said we were going there and then when we got there the night manager was out and they were rude about it. I wouldn't waste my time getting off the interstate to go here and be aware that if you ever come to Ohio check out time and check in time is 3:00 p.m.

Not only was the woman at the desk VERY rude but, knowing we booked & paid for our room online, she told us we needed a $50 CA$H deposit! We don't carry much cash, were NOT told about any deposit prior to checking in & ATMs only dispense in $20 increments, so I offered to pay $40 Cash....and she said NO. This way she gets to deny us the room, keep the money we paid for it while getting to re Rent the room again to someone else and make twice the Money!!! Meanwhile, we had to stay at a friend's, with my son, for the night because these crooks wouldn't allow my $ to be refunded for the room they wouldn't give me over $10 in cash that was just part of an owner inflicted security deposit!!! Don't stay here... they'll take u any way they can and the place is trashed!♣️

The room was absolutely filthy, floor wasn't even vaccines. Towels look like they had never ever seen bleach before. Did was so nasty with dirt and getting disgusting!. The room was Terrible didn't even stay an hour got my deposit back and left!

They held up to my expectations room was nice and clean also quite the staff was very professional and to care of everything i needed only thing i would recommend is to keep. An eye on the outside trash can , may cause unwanted pest i was told its under new Management and its a work in progress great job knights

Disgusting room that smelled, the outlets shocked me when I plugged in their wall lights. What I couldn't believe in room 118, the back of the bathroom door has a hole in it, like someone punched it. They actually put a feminine pad in it, as a patch I think?? Thank God it was a new one. Run to somewhere else.

It was not worth $60 at night no cable TV remote control did not work three channels of TV that's it and the heater would not kick off terrible I would not recommend to stay there for nobody for $60. You're lucky to get 30 bucks out of it it really sucked I left early this morning because of it it was so hot in that room

Even though its said you get what you pay for, I didn't pay for no roaches to be in my room and in the bed with me!! The staff that worked on the property said that the Orkin man comes twice a month but think he sprays sugar so he can come back.There was thumping noises in the room behind me. The same staff member said it was some lady playing her radio although i beg the difference.Immediately upon arriving some girl asked us can she buy two cigarettes for a $1from us. We told her we don't smoke!!He switched us to another room it looked kinda worse than the other one....heater was loud, hole in the bathroom door, i rather had stayed in the other room and looked at "I love Misty" on the other door rather that a whole in the other room door. I got the feeling we didn't belong in that hotel. The person that owns it need to do lots of renovations and watch who he let come there. We won't be returning unless the owner renovates his hotel.Immedia

We needed a cheap place to stay halfway on our trip. We booked online in order to get a discount at a sponsored hotel by Wyndom Group.All I can say is stay the heck away from this place!Walked into the room and smelled musty and gross. Bedspread had stains and cigarette burns all over.Now let's talk about bed bugs. The place is infested. We brought none of our belongings in the room. Headed to a laundermat first thing in the morning to use their high heat dryers to hopefully kill anything on the clothes we were wearing and my daughter's special blanket.DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stayed here n was stuck because i dont drive. Had my husband and son with me. Couldn't shut the lights off because of the roaches. Killed about 12 thtoughout the night. I was told that i couldnt get a refund bc i stayed overnight. I had no options. We were litterally smacking roaches off my 4 month old. Left at 7 bc thats when we got a ride. Please dont go here. No cold water. Asked for a non smoking room and were given a smoking room that smelled awful and had cigarette burns everywhere. The phone didnt work. All the towels were stained up.
