Showers were clean in my experience but, when i went to take a shower, there was another guy waiting for his shower with a receipt in his hand, he said he’s been waiting for his shower and he should go first, but on my app it showed it was my turn now. We had to argue with each other, this experience spoiled my morning and probably his too. Pilot needs to revise their systems imo.

Lazy guys working here in morning shifts. Truckers are waiting for showers, but they are not in a mood to cleaning instead of this just blaming each other for cleaning. Poor management

Must be a sanctuary city. Endless shower lines like Laredo. Cashier told me to have a dude instead of have a nice day. I must have missed he needed a calculator fpr simple change math. Not an upset on thee mem folk.

If you are stopping here for a shower KEEP GOING- their showers don’t stay hot! When u first turn them on it’s nice and hot and buy the time you get in or after you get in seconds later it’s ice cold! There is a maintenance lady on sight however the managers refuse to talk to her because they have some sort of issues with her..and also the maintenance guy half cleans them. All he does is mop the floor. He don’t clean the actual shower, sink or toilets. I sat and watched him and when I complained about mines he got a really bad attitude about & wiped the toilet with tissue instead of using cleaning materials.. this is the 4 time this happened at this location!! Never coming back here ever again!!

I got a slushi from the gas station. Stopped at dunkin part as well. The attendent did not come to the counter for a good 10 minutes. The coffee was gross. They also did not accept the dunkin gift card I had. As I was sitting in the lobby there was wrappers laying around, chips all over the floor and ants crawling on the counters. It would not be a place I would want to eat at again.

Parking lot is disgusting and dangerous. No trash cans, bags of shít, garbage all over the place. Drivers clean out trailers and there is dunnage and nails all over the place. Good thing they have a tire shop.

Running low on my drive hours, I decided to rent a parking space, seeing as there were still 24 available. upon arrival, I found none twice, someone was sent to see who was not supposed to be there, and the guy never once knocked on a single door. we were told to park illegally, because their policy is that there is nothing they can do about people parking illegally because it is private land. Stating that they couldn't even call the cops if they wanted, due to it being private land... which, as we all know, is the exact purpose of police is to protect the public, and private property from criminal activity, basically claiming that a cop will never come to your home if you need it. the food was under cooked, the staff sucks... and the showers get to up to a brisk -32 degrees Celsius. This place should be shut down, honestly.
