A great pet store. Always friendly service and store is kept clean and well organized. I'm there weekly to buy crickets and dog treats and always have a very good experience there each time. Shout-out to Salem for her great customer service and being knowledgeable. I appreciate everyone there and will continue to use this location for my pets.

It's a pet store. Have the basics, and that's about it. Could be worse. At least all the fish were alive when I was in there, so they have that going for them.

I spent $72 in their store & they told me that if I wanted a plastic shopping bag, for items I just purchased, it would be $0.10. Definitely not going to shop there no more. Very disappointed.

The BULK cat litter price goes up regularly and the quality goes down. It used to be a good product, but now it doesn't clump and it's a dusty mess.
This goes for ALL businesses : I don't want to be asked to donate to something at the register. If I want to donate I will do so when I decide to. Not by being shamed at the register.

Bought a hamster along with a hamster wheel that had to be shipped to my house. Never got delivered. Talked to customer service and they told me to take the receipt in store for refund, the store couldn't find the transaction, so I called customer service back not much they could do but they did issue me store credit, so no big deal other than some time and inconvenience. I must say the employee Salem was EXTREMELY helpful and has SUPERIOR customer service. They need to make her store manager

DeeAngela was very kind when I went in to find a different food for my young cat. She asked if she could help me find anything when I walked in, and she listened while I explained what was going on with my cat's food, and helped me pick a better option for her.
Will definitely shop here again for my cat.

My betta fish just died so I went in to get another. I was very surprised at how well the betta were cared for. Some other pet stores let their fish rot till they die. I spoke with the ladies there for a few that were so excited the longest resident betta was leaving. They were friendly and helpful!

Great pet shop! They were out of stock on a lot of items, but they were VERY helpful and knowledgeable about skin issues I’m having with my pet!!
