“The personal service we get at Hollywood Feed is fantastic. Victoria makes sure to order the special cat food, Steve's Quest frozen raw food that we feed our cats. She knows us and knows our cats. We have brought them into the store and they draw attention because people mostly bring dogs. We enjoy the rewards program and have benefitted from it many times. We like to visit on days that they bring in special pets and make our rounds to pet them.”
“I love going to Divers. They have the best selection of bird seed, Feeders, etc. The minute you walk in your always greeted by friendly workers. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!”

“Only pet store I’ll go to from now on. Not only did they help me with my abandoned gecko I took in and get her everything she neeeded, but they also helped me get everything to my car because I was also juggling a baby. They answered all of my tons of questions and even grabbed all of the stuff for me so I didn’t have to roam the store. Some of the nicest people!”

“They did not have the dog food I wanted but I am giving a five star because I received excellent service. I also filled out survey on this at company site. Kenny was very professional, helpful and I appreciated him recommending products to me. He recommended toys including a red Kong one of which I purchased. “Used store pick up option while shopping online. My order was fulfilled accurately except for an item that was not in stock in the color I chose online. I opted to go ahead and substitute a different color and I am satisfied with the product despite the color. Petco was the only local store that I could get this 2 handled leash the same day.”

“My family is traveling in an RV for the summer and our sweet pup needs to be groomed along the way. We often use PetSmart for her grooming needs. This PetSmart was conveniently located and had available appointments. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and interacted with our dog.
When we returned to pick her up, there was only one person working in the salon and they were grooming a dog so we had to wait about 15 minutes to check-out. I don't mind that we waited as we are on vacation, but the mangement should make sure someone is available to check out the pets without stressing out the staff who are doing the grooming.”
“We were helped generously this morning. But returning the trailer, the clerk was a bit rude, she stood in the way while we backed up to drop off the trailer and acted incredibly put out. Especially when she stated she was not going to help walk it into place, even though no one asked her to.

“A great pet store. Always friendly service and store is kept clean and well organized. I'm there weekly to buy crickets and dog treats and always have a very good experience there each time.
