He is a true life saver… Had an emergency which resulted in the loss of my phone and thankfully not my life… Brad did an amazing job at keeping me calm, HE SHOWED ME EMPATHY and really just made the store an overall comfortable environment for me and my mom!! He took his time to help me set up my new device and even showed me a few tricks I could use lol… THANK YOU BRAD!!! GOD placed you in the room at the perfect time… Thankful for you and AT&T!!”

“This cricket location is the best! Rose is the nicest and most helpful person you'll ever meet. I had a sim lock on my cricket phone and Rose had my issue fixed within minutes and let me know about new phones being released soon for an upgrade. Outstanding service. “First time going to a phone repair location and I was expecting a similar experience as buying a phone case from a mall vendor. Instead the store and staff were extremely clean, professional, firendly, and organized! I needed a screen protector replacement for my inner fold screen and they told me it would be 15 to 20 mins (there were people ahead of me and constantly flowing in and out of the store, so I expected much longer). I left and came back to pickup and it was all good to go! They even gave me a break on it citing that it looked like I had been taking good care of my phone so the screen protector coming loose wasn't my fault. Highly recommend!!!”
“Had gotten a phone at another location and went in here to have my bill looked because it was not what I was told it would be. Instead of directing me to call customer service like previous location the manager pulled up my account and went over the additional charges that were added. He was able to get them squared away for me. Store started to get busy and he didnt rush me away. I know going forward this is the location I will be going to for all my future services.
