I just left my cart full of unpurchased items with the greeter at the door at the Meijer at 3651 Towne Blvd. in Franklin Ohio. I had finished shopping, started to get in line at a manned checkout that had two people there, nothing on the belt and the clerk, a lady with shoulder length gray hair, started shaking her head violently as to say "no" and waved me away. No explanation, no "'m sorry this register is closed" - nothing. I explained to the greeter that I was not going to purchase items from a store whose management obviously condones it's employees treating customers like they were pieces of trash. Don't think I'll ever go back to that store .

Went in for four cases of beer. Since Yuengling isn't sold in Michigan I get it whenever I'm passing through Ohio. They had the beer and I went through the scan yourself the young lady watching the area offered to hand scan the cases so I didn't have to lift them out and scan. I thought that was very customer friendly.

Ok this is the second time this year I bought milk and it is sour weeks before the sell by date. I dont know if they are changing the dates but never buying milk here again.

The customer service is ridiculous at how bad it is at night, they have the guy from Joes Apt as manager if he really was! Lol then I thought order online so you don't have to deal with them and they ripped me off $20 of my MPerks. Thanks Meijers you gave Walmart a lot of cash from here on out! Never shopping there again.

I shop here on a regular basis - at least once a week. As I walk in, I generally see the same greeter & she always has a warm smile & cheery hello for me. The store is usually clean & organized making items easy to find. The self-checkout lanes seem to consistently have a line - probably because there aren't more than 2 regular lanes open with a human cashier. Their prices are reasonable & I especially like their Buy 10 for $10 & get the 11th item free. The Meijer brand products are usually as good as name brands. The Meijer brand cat food is a favorite of my 2 cats. I recommend the MPerks program which gives a monetary credit for every $100-$200 you spend - well worth it!

Good service, good personnel only drawback is the self checkout lanes. Sometimes there is not enough checkout lanes open. My policy; no discount, no self checkout!

Not many reviews of Meijer on Yelp, and nothing recent. I'm personally a huge fan of Meijer, especially the one in Middletown. They have a lot of long-term employees am I recognized every time I go in, and the store is generally well kept. Sometimes they don't have enough checkout lanes on a Sunday afternoon, the what grocery store does nowadays? Prices are always very reasonable, sale prices are even better, and while they may not have the technology of some of the other chains like Kroger, I feel like they are always improving and I have no real complaints about the store.

Rude workers. Overheard a worker say "All the morons at once." After he was canceling something out on a system at self checkout. Then tried blaming it on us. When we were never at that checkout station. After staring at him after the comments he made, he then changed his attitude to a fake friendly smile. One star because I cannot leave a 0.

The photo service is crap, they've printed three pictures and we asked for two. On one of the picture the face was half cropped. On the second picture they didn't cut the picture correctly. Then we bought a frame and there is nothing to hang the frame. Way to go Meijer!! We are very disappointed and will never go back. One of the lady working at the photo service should review her attitude around customer.

Bought a box of white wine last week and when I poured the first glass it came out brown. Tried to return it but they would not take it back. Then I threw it away. Bad experience.

not very good customer service. needed to return a dvd i already had one of. brought it back with receipt and was flat out refused a return.
