Your prices are not only competitive they beat the other storage unit businesses within a 10 mile radius by a lot. Signing up and paying online was user friendly, convenient and easy.

Worst storage unit, they dont fix things and then they rip you off. Old owners was helpful but not aince KO bought it.

The staff were extremely helpful and very understanding. I had a special request to see the unit before I purchased it. They were very accommodating and courteous. I’m thankful for their understanding in my situation and their willingness to help. They definitely earned my respect and appreciation. I’ll tell others about this excellent experience. It’s much more than just “Ok Storage “ THANKS GOES OUT TO THE LADIES WHO HELPED.

Easy to use friendly staff on a Sunday at 5 pm they settled me into a different unit as my needs changed. Very nice unit. Roll up door was in great working order came during a rain storm and it was dry inside. Would recommend to anyone!

KO Storage has been wonderful--rented for many years.. The lady I talked to at the 2nd St, Franklin , OH facility for "move out" (did not catch her name) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

The move in process was good. The unit was nice. The only problem I had was the gate would NOT open. I called the number and they assisted me right away. They gave me a code and finally it worked. The problem was the electricity had went out and everything was down. But thanks to a great customer service they got me another code and in right away. Thanks KO for a good storage unit experience.

The ceiling of the storage unit had some insulation hanging from the it looks to have been hit and ripped from past use . But other then tht it was a smooth transition.

I would rate it 0 stars if possible. The transition in owners has been nothing but a mess. From the horrible conditions of the units, the grounds keeper & the call center I’m not sure what’s worse. I have been begging to talk to a supervisor since December 30th. The grounds keeper is rude & has no customer service common sense. The call center lies and talks in circles when it comes to money. I highly recommend finding some where else to go.

The new owners, KO Storage, are much easier to deal with than the previous owners. The site manager made himself immediately available when I had an issue with my unit.Edit: I have decided to reduce my rating due to my rate increasing for the 4th time since June. That’s 4 increases in 5 months. 21% total. The parking lot is a wreck and covered in mud, screws, and debris. New customers pay $109 for a 10x15 but a loyal and always on time customer like myself pays $125 before fees and taxes. The location is convenient for me but I’m not sure it’s going to be worth it anymore.
