My hair has grown in nicely two years after chemo. I have curly coils that I wanted shaped. The stylist I spoke with told me she doesn't work on ethnic hair, and suggested I find a stylist who does. Her tone was rude and condescending. There was one other stylist in the shop. She said nothing. I thanked the stylist for her time and left. It's unfortunate that this stylist was so abrupt. However, a stylist that needs a job and is able to work with mixed and culturally diverse hair, might find a market at Great Clips. As for me, I'll go elsewhere.
