Have been using Franklin Self Storage for over a year now. Nice clean facility. The staff is great. They are very quick to respond anytime I reach out. I like that I can communicate with them via text.

I absolutely had the best experience renting my unit. Tammy was very polite and explained everything perfectly! I recommend this location to everyone who needs some extra storage space. I love their security system, I feel my belongings are very safe and secure.

We have 24/7 mobile rentals set up for U-Haul trucks as well. Wonderfully lit property with gated access. Conveniently located and close to Springboro, Carlisle, Austin Landings & Middletown Ohio.
