I've had issues before at this CVS that frustrated me so much, I vowed to never go back. Im about 6 months into my husband had a prescription called in, I asked him to please pick another pharmacy but he wanted it close and quick. I called at 6:31p and after a few minutes got through to a pharmacy. they told me it was not ready they were working on it. I said ok i'll give you a couple minutes snd head there. so put on my gist and boots, started my car and grabbed my mail. I got held up a few minutes by a train. normal hazard in Carlisle. I got to CVS at 7:06p and was told by a voice behind the shelves that they were closed. The worst pharmacy I've ever been too and I look forward to a vacant building soon.

Wish there was a zero starts option. This is my local CVS just a few streets over and now I will never ever give them my service! When I tell you I went there 25min before close today 10/14/22 and the front set of doors were locked already and employees still inside. I stood in the cold for 25min on hold on the phone. My daughter is extremely sick and needed cough syrup and other over the counter meds. This is the only drug store near us and the only one open in this area. The fact that they could stand in there knowing I'm out here freezing and trying to get ahold of them is very unprofessional and upsetting. Like at least answer the phone to see that what I need is a few quick things for a very sick child in need but no!!! They just kept ignoring me. THE WORST customer service ever!!!! It is truly sad that these days every is lazy and don't want to work or try to be good at their jobs. Please save yourself the time and effort and NEVER step foot inside this place!!!! I've had other bad experiences here before too but never to this level of pure ignorance and hatefulness. I hope the higher ups review the cameras from this night and take it seriously that they have employees closing the doors very early to just hang out and ignore customers in need.

Do not under any circumstances have your prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. After years of no issues this store has routinely called about prescriptions ready for pickup only for them to be not ready, in some instances for 5 days and when I needed an antibiotic it took 15 days for them to fill a prescription issued when I left the hospital. Revolving pharmacists and "new" management have ruined this store.

Thought it was bad before... its alot worse. Now the pharmacy closes for lunch and its closed at a wierd time. I believe its 2 o'clock and if you were there waiting already ... u are outta luck. They often dont have any employees at the front counter at all. they put in one of those scam your own stuff machines. First of all i dont love those machines they take away jobs and force you to do their work. Today no employees at the counter and the scan ya own crap machine is broke. I has a button to push for service. I waited 15 minutes pushes it 3 times. Yelled several times .. uhhh any employees here. I ironically thought maybe im on candied camera or this is a social experiment to see how the common folk react to unpleasant situations. Do they wait hours? Do they leave in a huff ? Do they bag up the stuff and walk out unpaid for?

Literally the worst pharmacy in Ohio, and probably the rest of the United States! No matter what you are trying to get they are ALWAYS out of it! Every signal day they have “a truck coming”… the main lady that works the front is so rude. It’s just the worst, don’t go there because I promise you will leave mad ?

They’ll never miss me but the CVS on Oxford State Rd in Middletown, Ohio, has caused me to seek out another Pharmacy
