Cannot say enough good things about Counter Advice! My husband and I were very nervous about finding a good countertop and we knew we didn't want a generic one from a big box store. After scouring the internet we fell in love with a Formica terrazzo countertop. Formica referred us to about 10 local businesses. I checked each one out online and for some reason, Counter Advice felt like the one. I was able to send an email and Gigi got in touch with me immediately to discuss our options. We were able to stop into the showroom and see the samples in person. Everyone there was so nice! The price and the timeline of everything was perfect. Installation was great. And the two that installed it were extremely nice. They also installed our sink. It came out exactly how I was wanted. It's hard to capture the exact color in pictures but I love it. Our kitchen isn't completely done yet because we still need a backsplash but I'm in love already! Thank you to everyone at Counter Advice for making this such a smooth, easy process! We will definitely use them again.

Counter tops and backsplash were installed quickly; however, finishing work such as outlet cover plate reinstall and finish caulking were not completed or completed extremely subpar. Wall finishes and outlet cover plates were damaged to the point of needing repair/replacement. Caulking was done to a subpar finish. Upon bringing poor finishing work to Counter Advice’s attention, they were quick to deflect and patronize my concerns and implied that I had unrealistic expectations due to HGTV; unbeknownst to them, I have years of experience as a construction management engineer. If you are looking for quickly installed countertops and don’t mind finishing the work yourselves then counter advice is for you! Their employee’s were courteous but lacked the finishing skills for the job to be completed to satisfaction.Service: Kitchen countertop installation

Countertop and backsplash installation was done no where near up to our standards. Templates were incorrect, employees gloated about being slow so they would earn more money, the job was left unfinished, etc. The company told us the backsplash install would be only 1 to 2 hours max but instead took 6+ hours and we had to ask them to stop because it was getting so late.Service: Kitchen countertop installation

Every employee was professional, helpful, knowledgable, on time and very kind. A special shout out to the installation team. They really went above and beyond to deal with problems that they did not create but could be helpful in resolving (this is what happens when remodeling old places). I am an eager reference for this small business. The owner, Brian, clearly sets the right tone and example for the team. Congratulations to all of you!
