“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. She was super helpful, very sweet very talkative. Asked me if I needed anything. She also helped me sign up for my rewards and everything which I thought I had already done but obviously I didn’t. “Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.”
