The level of care, or lack of, is truly disgraceful. I understand that switching to a new network is a process, but leaving patients without any care for weeks is unacceptable. After seeing a new doctor at a different practice, I'm realizing that my care was sub-par for quite some time. I genuinely hope anyone reading this will seek medical care from other professionals.

Long story. Moving away from this group after 15 years of going there. This last 3 months has been more than enough of an issue trying to get care after they were bought out by Kettering.

I've have been under their care for a while now, and I have no complaints. They've been nothing but kind, and caring.

Dr. Gary Bedel has been my general practitioner for many years. I am very satisfied with the level of care that I receive from him and from his staff at Conover. Also, the nurses there are very good at drawing blood, which is definitely NOT the case in many offices!

I can say I would rate zero stars if possible. I started having some unusual symptoms. Lady doctor R with a god complex who doesn’t like to listen to her patients never had a doctor talk so demeaning and dismissive to me. Told me I couldn’t have What I thought I had. Uc rheumatology did labs and was exactly what I thought it was. Suffered and lost twenty three pounds and endured dealing with something that easily could of been corrected had a doctors ego not been at the forefront. With that being said I hope she reads this and learns to be better at listening to her patients and work on her bedside manner so she could be the best doctor she could be. Drs take a oath not to hurt their patients. The manner in which she acted could prevent future patients from seeking medical care if she treats them so dismissive and shames them for advocating for themselves.
