I previously had an amazing review on this location, but the staff has changed from amazing professional, mature, friendly people . Now it is a group of kids, who are not knowledgeable about anything, smoke marijuana in the parking lot, do not have a clue about anything they are selling nor do they care to find out. I used to spend a lot of money in this place and now when I go in, I am greeted by derogatory slang , a group of kids who look like they are working in the mud pits and stink of marijuana , you can not possess a firearm while using marijuana , how is this legal to sell them while actively using during business hours at the business. This place is now a cesspool, I do not recommend!!

The people there are very nice. Just horrible deals. I've stopped by my 4th time of the year to see if they had any items they could make a good deal on and nothing. They used to work with me all the time. Just go to the flea market if you want good deals. This place is now asking ebay prices just with out the shipping. They advertise like they can make good deals. It's not the case. They won't work with you. And want to sell there stuff overpriced. This will be my last visit to the store. Sad to see this place turn this bad. No good deals at all anymore.

DO NOT GO THERE. AVOID. Had Steiner catt binoculars. Kept asking if I want to sell or pawn, over and again. African-American lady finally came out and said they weren't interested. Was she negotiating if I came back? I read reviews some were good. Must have been family and friends. Looked at inventory, some looked to be on last legs. But new prices..! DO NOT GO THERE. Since they changed management this place has gone completely down hill . the new manager has a real power trip problem because she undermines her employees treats them badly and Only offers 5 dollars for new PlayStation games and 50 dollars for 60 inches TV’s . There is no chance I would ever go back there and it’s all because of the new black female manager. We spent over 1,000 over the past year in that store and I won’t spend another dime there because of that new manager she is awful . If could give it 0 stars I would !!!! Smh !

Michelle, Shatara and Kenny are an all star team for customer service-centered professional who make Cashland Franklin my favorite location of all the one I visit weekly. They are ready and eager to assist all customers - not just me. I’ve even seen them deal with rude customers with calm. I believe they have the cleanest and most well organized of the stores I visit. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work Cashland Franklin!!!

This place isn't doing good business at all charging poor people late fees every month when it was paid early. I was in there shopping heard them rudely telling a person they had to pay extra fees for paying two days early on there pawns . This place needs to be shut down if you ask me. I will not ever shop there again

Do not recommend selling your firearms here. I took in a Glock 21 that had literally only 50 rounds shot through it and sat in my safe the rest of its life. They offered me $170 for it, i fully understand when you sell a gun to a dealer the price drops drastically. I searched a around a couple hours later sold it elsewhere for $400 the same day.

This place is a zero star place. The two guys that work they are ok politeBut the two ladys are just no... took a big chunk out of my ring an acted like it was no big deal ... sad real un happy customer not a $50 or even $100. Idiom. Get a grip you should not tear up people's property just for a lone.????
