Came in April an got a set of four new tires at the time I was notified that a couple of my lugnuts where broke.The manager walked out with my stud in his hand an stated that it just fell off once the wheel was removed I didn't make a big deal considered it normal wear an tear. Got a quote for the repair it was too high so I declined an said I'd check with my mechanic.Two months ago I caught a flat on the back driver side tire.It was damaged to where it couldn't be plugged so I bought one from a used tire place until I could make it to get the tire replaced because I had a warranty on them an due to me working 12 hrs everythings closed when I get off.Walked in yesterday about 10:45am spoke with cashier he asked the size of the tire.I told him 265/50 something.We walked out to my vehicle he looked for the size on the tire but couldn't make it out on the used tire.So I opened my hatch where the tire I had purchased from them was an he looked an said R20.Mind you all of my lugnuts where on my back rear tire the tire that was getting replaced.After that I went in for them to service and handed them the keys.I was there for a hour mind you not one time did anyone ever mention that my lugnut was missing the manager asked what did I want to do with the tires an I told him he could dispose of them.Anyways 10 mins later my car was done an before I could even reached my car I noticed one of my lugnuts was missing.My car was parked up to the left on the hill if you've ever been to this location.So my whole driver side was facing me as I approached my vehicle.I turned right around an informed the manager he went in to ask the technician who basically denied it.So did the cashier at the front who couldn't remember a tire he had just checked for the size.My wheels are chrome so it's easy to see.I called my Mechanic who had just informed him that all of my lugnut and some of the studs had just been replaced two weeks ago yet he claimed he couldn't hear an he still was in denial.Very nasty an disrespectful to me like I'm the manager an I'm as high as it goes an I could call Corporate.We proceeded to have words because I'm like I'm the customer and your technician or you are lying you damaged it an it needs to be replaced.He informed me that one of my lugnuts was different from all the rest.That right there tells me you damaged it because that's the one that's missing so you had to see it on my vehicle before the new tire was put on to know outta 20 lugnuts one was different.I said how would you know that if it was missing supposedly before.He was adamant that he wasn't going to fix it an what reason did his have to technician have to lie about it for.Also tried to put blame on the people who installed the used tire.I said Sir once again they were all just replaced brand new two weeks ago an the obvious reason is financial responsibility.Im a woman an I felt like the whole reason I was treated like this was because I was a woman.In the mist of this the woman cashier comes from behind yelling all ghetto I need to interject right here because I work for them.I said an what is that suppose to mean that because you work for them you can't be taking advantage of.Long story short they tried to intimidate me an tell me to never come back as if that was gonna make this situation go away.Its the principle behind this they are intentionally damaging people's cars.Once okay but it's been twice that they've broken my studs an basically denied their actions.You have people's lives in your hands an your number one goal should be Safety.On top of the 1200 I spent on tires meant nothing I was asked to leave and told never to come back.That manager should be fired an so should that lady because you approached me in a threatening manner and if I would've taken the bait then you would've been trying to press charges are play the victim when you had absolutely nothing to do with the situation.After I calmed down Coperate was finally contacted and m

First oil change I had here was great, quick and easy, even got what I thought was free oil change out of it. 2nd oil change was absolute 180 my free oil change went to well half price oil change because it only covers conventional but it's half price and they were fairly fast last time. Not this time. Took 2 hours and me asking when I was gonna be done then walked outside after being told it'll be another half hour to see it sitting in front lot with done cars
